Best USPS ever! Dante was so kind and helped me out when my tape wasn’t working. I don’t know the other lady’s name but they were both in very fun moods, and ran through that line like I’ve never seen! Very efficient and positive place which isn’t common!
My boyfriend and I had to apply for passport renewals. Tiffany was so helpful and kind and made this process super easy on us! She even helped us retake our passport photos because the employees at Walgreens did them wrong.
After retrieving my mail from my PO box I noticed a very important piece of mail was missing. Thanks to Informed Delivery I knew the item arrived at 7am and should at the time, 11am, be waiting with the rest of my mail which also was present on my Informed Delivery. It was not. I walked to the service desk for answers as to where my mail may be. The less than helpful woman across the counter assured me that any mail that arrived is in my PO box. After telling her that is not possible as I have proof that I was missing mail and showed her the Imformed Delivery web page which displayed the missing item. She said she would be right back she was going to double check. Once she concluded her "double check" she returned and said nothing more is there. In complete disbelief at the incompetence of the situation I asked to see a manager or someone that could help me. She said there isn't a manager there but I could come back later and speak with one then. Due to the important nature of the missing item I said that I will not be returning, in fact I would not be leaving until the missing item was found and in my possession. She then speaks to the other employee who was responsible for placing mail into the PO boxes. She also states that all the mail is on the PO box. I asked to check again. After the two of them disappear from sight and a minute or two passes they return. WITH MY MAIL!!! The employee responsible for filling the PO boxes just so happened to have my missing piece of mail. This particular piece of mail just so happened to be a check for a large sum of money and was able to be identified as so without opening the envelope. THEY LITERALLY TRIED TO STEAL MY CHECK!!! If I hadn't had Informed Delivery they would have gotten away with it too. After this event I to think about numerous items that have been delivered that i have never received. Birthday cards, small packages, etc.... Beware of having anything to do with this branch of the United States postal office. I'm still in disbelief this can be happening.
This post office is horrible, they were supposed to open Saturday at 9, I got there at 945 and they were still closed. Come Monday morning, supposed to open at 830 and didn't. It's always an issue here, get new management and new staff that want to work
My past five packages went straight to "available for pick up." I don't know if the issue is because of this location or if it has nothing to do with the 45211 post office site, but I figured I'd join in all the bad reviews. Lol But it's like they are just lazy lately or maybe they don't have enough drivers so a delivery attempt is never even made and can't be made. I have to give them the benefit of the doubt. Giving two stars because of the customer service guy I talked to was nice and a good help, and when I go to pick up, it's at least a pretty quick process.
Finding a direct number to this place isn't easy but I'd like to thank John for his great customer service. He was really helpful.
With all seriousness, this place needs to under go serious new management. My latest mail says out for delivery since 6am, and somehow I received mails from days ago but not my latest. I am not sure how things work at this post office.
I have not received my mail in over 2 weeks even though informed delivery has shown it is in Cincinnati. I have called numerous times with barely any answers and when I do speak to someone nothing is made better. I have lived in many areas and never experienced this terrible level of service.
The parking has always been terrible at this location, but I rarely had any other issues... until recently! Earlier in the year I requested a mail hold and to have the accumulated mail delivered. That didn't happen so I visited the branch to get my mail. I asked why it wasn't delivered. The answer- "I don't know" that's it. So with my recent mail hold in which the accumulated mail was supposed to be delivered on May 25, I am still waiting on June 3. I rarely see a carrier. My mail delivery is very sporadic. I haven't gotten most of the mail showing with Informed Delivery! However, I did get some of my neighbor's mail! Something is very wrong with this branch lately.
They are never open on time. They’re suppose to be open at 8:30 and usually never are. If your constantly not going to open at 8:30 change the hours on the door. and there is always a line one worker. I know times are tough right now but if your in a hurry don’t go to this post office. Also the package bin is always full. I go right in the mornings before work and bin is locked. I been going to post office by work on colerain.
