The post office has informed delivery. So it showed I'm getting my paycheck today and here it is 448 and no mail. It's caused me to have to pay a late fee on one of my bills, it's caused me not to be able to work this weekend. It should be against the law to not deliver your mail on Saturday. The worst mail system ever
A FANTASTIC post office! They have helped us so many times while on vacation, and are always so friendly and helpful! And they always pick up the phone. BTW, it clearly says on the front door they don't sell postage!
Try calling this office and you will end up contemplating your own life. The whole phone system is automated and you are unable to talk to anyone that's alive. I have a PO Box here and needing information about changing address, but I'm unable to talk to anyone. This feels borderline illegal. Don't go here. I would give zero stars if possible.
Back home in my small town we were allowed to access the post boxes all day everyday, not selected hours.. not sure the point to close off your box early in the day.. besides their very rude and I got people at the remote location that offers absolutely nothing but frustration… zero starts if I could.. maybe using a couple tax dollars would allow them to provide at least stamps for sale.. you would think there such a thing as a vending machine that would sale stamps, so wouldn’t even need a teller, just someone to fill occasionally..

This place is the absolute worst. They will lose your mail and packages. They will not care, as a matter of fact they will be very rude to you about their failures. This place wouldn't last a second in the private sector. Delia who is the delivery supervisor is probably the rudest person I have ever interacted with. Cindy is another manager who is a little better with the public. This whole place is incompetent. I really wish they would shut this one down or clean house and hire competent people.
Delano Station is a Detached Delivery Unit servicing both city and rural areas west of West Street, and is not a full-service Post Office. They do accept collections and conforming items with printed mailing labels. If you are at Delano, it should be noted that you are just over one mile from the Wichita, KS P&DC at 7117 W Harry which has a full service retail window as well as an automated kiosk, mailing boxes and supplies [including free Priority Mail packaging], a full PO Box lobby, and passport service by appointment only, see USPS.com for details. Other Wichita options are: -Downtown Station, 2nd and Waco -Chisholm Station, 2504 S Elizabeth [Pawnee & Seneca] -River City Station, 3241 S Hydraulic [just north of I-235 on Hydraulic] -North Station, on Arkansas north of 25th -Corporate Hills Station [Webb Road between Kellogg and Douglas on Corporate Hills Dr] -Munger Station, 13th and Oliver All listed locations feature full service retail counters, some special services may not be offered at all locations. PO Boxes are subject to availability. The USPS has not relied on tax money since the 1980s and is a fully autonomous entity of the United States government.
Frustrated with this post office. They have returned our mail to sender many times for no reason. We also requested a forward to start on a certain date and they started forwarding it 2 weeks early. Pay attention to the dates. They've created so many problems for us and the people who were still living in our new address. Cannot wait to no longer live in this zip code. Although I'm sure they'll still mess up forwarding our mail.
Absolutely worthless. For six years I've fought with this post center because they arbitrarily returned my mail no matter how many forms I filled out or how many times I called to complain. I've moved now and they forward some of my mail, but still just return important parcels. I'm so glad I moved out of this zip code. Maybe now I'll get my mail. Incompetence!
Don't bother going by the times that are online. When you walk in they have a "print out" of when you can ring their doorbell. I don't know if it's the employee's being lazy & making their own schedule or what?? But they do not open at 7am & on Saturday's they are closed by 12!! Waste of my gas & time!
