We get our mail if we’re lucky 2-3 times a week. I get notifications daily as to what mail I should receive daily, most days I get nothing. Unacceptable!
I honestly think there is internal theft happening at this location. Why are so many packages not being scanned and going "lost"??? My packages are updated and scanned just fine in other states and sent to the Oak Creek postal office with no problem but as soon as it gets to this location BOOM no tracking updates for days then they mark it as delivered even though we have hidden surveillance cameras that prove it was never delivered. Then they tell you to file a lost package claim and you might not get reimbursed.
I don't know why there is only delivery on my block about 2x a week. My security camera picks up everyone who walks past my house. The mail carrier is only going by a couple times a week. We have not received the shopping circulars for 3 weeks. This PO station is performing at the bottom of the barrel.
Why do they keep placing a vacant card in my mailbox? I don't understand...this zip code is horrible!
Rushed to the post office 10 mins before closing to find out the worker went home early. This isn’t your personally owned and operated business this is a government establishment and an important one at that. Why are all the usps offices so terribly staffed. I have no clue when this worker decided her day was over but now I have to wait until Monday, that is if the worker decides to show up.
This has to be the worst post office location in Milwaukee. How are y'all CONSTANTLY losing packages and always incorrectly delivering mail???!! And it's not a mistake here and there this is ALL THE TIME!
If you need to get your mail from your PO box good luck with that. The door may or may not be open. You check the hours of operation and sure enough they should be open, but nope the door is locked with NO explanation as to why.
I recently moved and this became my new local post office. There has been nothing but problems. I lived at my previous address for 25 years and NEVER had an issue receiving mail or packages. No sooner than I have moved, my mail is now not being delivered at all. Considering its a federal offense to open other people's mail you would think there would be some type of consequence for delivering mail incorrectly. Mail fraud + stolen mail is the easiest way for someone to steal your identity and this post office is making it super easy for that to happen to anyone.
last time i saw the mail carrier was thursday. i usually leave outgoing mail and its piling up. I have packages that were suppose to be delivered, documents for my business, and calling USPS; " your wait time is 30-50 mins. wait i lied, i did see the mailman yesterday, all i saw was the truck SPEEDING through the neighborhood. I'm not going to blame the mail carrier because USPS is to blame as a whole/entity. i suppose anything pertaining with the words United States, they do things on their time.
No Worker, waiting for 30 to 40 min just to pick up your package . This use to be a great postal service place.
