As of 3/22/2021 - When you take a passport appointment here - the email sends you an appointment reminder with address that is elsewhere probably it’s google maps which shows the wrong address . We ended up with the wrong address that was 7 miles away . A lady called Tina who works here was of immense help . She did our passport for our new born .Thank you Tina for making it so easy for us :
So happy with the service we received at the Prospect location. We were going in to apply for our passports and they were able to get us in since we had all our paperwork filled out and pictures taken already. Fast service friendly staff.
The Prospect P.O. is my local branch and they are the best, friendly, fast and most importantly, efficient! They are always helpful and it's the type of local small town P.O. where they call you by name. They are a full-service facility, although they close at 4:30pm M-F and are open until noon on Saturday.
USPS has lost numerous pieces of my mail including two separate Christmas/gift cards that never arrived to my adult kids, in my own town, totaling $500! The latest as a priority package that is now one week late and still not delivered. Pathetic service. I will not be using USPS again for anything important.
Said they closed at 7pm. The time is 5:55pm get your life together
