The people here, very messy. I’m going to reach out to someone who can get this place and the staff together a long with these postmen! This is a very serious job, you guys are United State Postal workers! You are responsible for a major line of communication and shipping of goods throughout America and yet you guys hire random birds off the street to pigeon carry peoples mail them. Like come on, how many times does it take to delivery a package to a wrong address or better yet not delivery it all but say you did. Unacceptable.
I run a business with a fulfillment center nearby. This distribution center loses packages every single week. They have the most incompetent staff ever.
Fast and efficient passport application processing. Annette was super friendly and helpful. Two minor passport applications and one renewal submitted with ease.
I would give you a 0 if i could you said my package was delivered to a po box which i dont have filed 2 claims sone ans on 9/3 in the afternoon saying it was at the post office you were closed mon so we went to pick it up on tues morning you said returned then you tried to deliver it today again not last wed, thurs or fri now against youre sending it back the post office is horrible i work for custommer service and i advise all my customers to not use the usps
They make me made an appointment for no reason I wait one hour and after that they talk me to go cvs pharmacy to take pictures for the passport hufffg bad bad experience
I go in to the 20 S Montgomery St post office almost on a daily basis with a bunch of heavy packages. They are also professional and polite. Thank you!
How can you live right across the street from the Post office, and we get our mail at 8 -8:30 at night don't understand, right across the street, we get our Saturday mail Sunday morning, smh frr
The worst post Office I've ever been to, they have the worst customer service, not to mention it takes them 2 days sometimes to put out the mail to the Post Office Boxs. They will close the office without notice on days and times that it's marked to be open. I really wish the United States potal system would get their act together especially with places like this.

My package has been stuck here for days and is running late. I have tried to talk to a representative on the phone but I'm only ever greeted with an automated voice that relays tracking information which I already have access to. How hard is it for me to be able to talk to a real human being; I just need some transparency.
