I could not find the link to the customer service survey on your website, so I will provide my customer service experience here. I have nothing but nice things to say about this particular post office. The few times I have visited this establishment have been great. The last time I went I was helped by an employee named Victor. He greeted me with a smile and instantly fulfilled the task I asked of him. I was in-and-out in 5 minutes. Give him a raise please, he was very helpful.
This place was lazy and unprofessional and then they had some employee who is like shouting over to the guy who was helping me telling me that I was holding up the line. But they had my package on the scale behind the plexiglass and it was heavy I couldn't even get it. So after she was extremely rude to me I just reached around the plexiglass. They said they won't ship a battery. And I get that I couldn't ship my product but you didn't have to be extremely rude to me and the process telling me I'm holding up the line. You guys held up the line buynot giving me my package ego issues
it's been more than a month and the fallen tree has not been taking care as well the hall maintenance of the landscape makes this postal service the worst looking one in the hall desert not the city code enforcement or the postal service Manager has done anything I guess they are waiting to some one have an accident in order for them to be taking care im a cathedral city Residents and this makes me feel bad about our city... leave your comment if you concern about this issue.
Eve is the reason I go to this post office! While the others are slow and disappear in the back, Eve is working to get people in and out. She's an AMAZING employee!!
This Post office is absolutely pathetic. I was trying to fill my envelope and this employee that I took a photograph of just snaps at me and tells me " not to do it there because her counter was open" really?? You didn't have to be so abrasive and idiotic about it for goodness sake. She needs to take some happy pills or something. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. If any of you people want to be treated like a five-year-old child??? by all means go here. This is the reason why the US Post Office is going downhill like it is. Obviously the low rating on google speaks for itself. They treat their customers like garbage. #neveragain. Peace!
They didn't have answers for me and had to send me to the postmaster inspection service. They are friendly and ok for everyday things but not questions regarding services
Lynn and Victor were very helpful. Lynn was there the last day I needed assistance. She went the extra mile and could not have been more helpful. Thank both of you for your excellent customer service.
horrible customer services. horrible treatment of packages. they do not care about your mail. managers are extremely rude
Have not had a good experience with this post office. They constantly lose my packages, and one was even marked DISPOSED on last tracking update. Did you know the post office is THROWING PACKAGES AWAY? Tracking number is worthless they still cant find them, so frustrating. Then the lady working didn't even want to help me for the line behind me and she was the only one at the counter. It's not my fault if they're short staffed and my mail deserves the same attention as anyone else.
Those place is awesome. The people work hard and deal with bad attitudes from customers all day. The line can be long, but they always answer the phone, and they always get an answer to your questions. Shout out to my carrier Carla who is always hustling in her truck Thanks for taking my disgruntled calls and turning them into satisfaction and a smile.
