Never received any forwarded mail and boxes show up destroyed
I ALWAYS have a PLEASANT experience at this post office. I read the complaints, and cant understand HOW anyone can have ANYTHING to say about the staff attitude. The gentleman at front desk is ALWAYS helpful and considerate. In these days and times its rewarding to interact with someone with that high level of customer service. Its a pleasure every time I go, I look forward to going back.
Kind and helpful staff. They were great setting up my PO Box! All items ordered and shipped have arrived on time and without issue. :
Failed to deliver package 1st time because they lost it. Hopefully they dont mess up AGAIN today, or we'll have some issues
You have a job please deliver everybody's packages and mail correctly. We should get paid to do your job. This is very unhelpful for those who rely on you. Either fire some people and hire new ones or train them to do their job. I get it's because of pandemic reasons but please at least read carefully before delivering. Thank you for doing your job at least!
Very convenient local post office. The clerk was very helpful and helped me to choose the cheaper way to send a heavy package using flat rate and the triangle tube USPS. I didnt wait in line at the opening at 9am. Hours of service are 9am-3pm, except Saturday 10am-noon.
Horrible service. No one does anything to help. I receive very important items that get bounced around to Phoenix, Showlow,etc over four times Before I get a package. Arrives a month late with a changed expect date to the day it arrives. Seriously. Some one should do something about these occurring problems that we all seem to have.
Worse post office ever. Mail often gives wrong mail ,including package's. Then if you try to complain,they treat you like you did something wrong. 5 years 20+ packages missing they refuse to address the issue making the entire postal service a sad joke.last she said she can't do nothing takes a act of Congress to fire a thieving mail tampering mail mail.I've also got 3 packages not mine and 20+ stacks of wrong mail.
Not open convenient hours only Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon yes just 2 hours! Scale in lobby for gauging the price of postage is broken /inoperable.
I'd be better off driving to where I want to send the package and give it to them in person. Stressful.
