What is going on the the postal service? We've gone all week with no mail and it all arriving on Friday. I get emails with what mail I am supposed to be receiving, that never happens anymore. I understand stuff running late because of the holidays bit this has been going on. If I needed a job I would so apply and help out
This place is a wreck.... Inside is always a mess, Clerks never seem to care much about customer service and work at a snails pace. Rarely have enough packing materials set out for priority mail service. I have never seen a government building so poorly kept, I don't think anyone has weedeated in over a year.
Called Maryville Post Office no one answered phone.Called 800 no.finally got a call back.They took information and said I would get a call back in 2-3 business days.The very much needed package I am waiting on arrived 8-27 at 6:30 p.m. at the Maryville facility and it is now 9- and still have not recieved this package.It can't possibly take 6 days to go 5 miles across town.They sure don't have a problem with delivering junk mail.
It'd be nice to not lose my packages expensive ones because they can't pay attention when they scan them, be nice to get my bills on time, and for them not to be lazy and only give mail when they see us walk outside and they turn around. Just do your job please.
The Maryville office is renown for it's poor or lack of service and inability to retain staff. Mail delivery or pick up is sporadic and cannot be counted on. What is going on here??
Multiple times packages have been tampered with stolen and the carriers have done this REPEATEDLY in a short time or you go to he post office ask about it and they say its been "Misdelivered " then say they didn't say that immediately after supervisors refuse to retrieve it or cant find it nor do they want to give paperwork to file complaints and get the matter settled over what was misdelivered or stolen and then tell you "well can't do anything without that paperwork and not their problem it's ours incredibly rude and unhelpful and the delivery personnel are incredibly incompetent I'd give no stars if possible
I know the post office is going down fast but seems my experiences only get worse. Moved and forwarded mail weeks ago. Got an update on a package saying resident requested mail be sent to post office. Didn't specify which and I didn't request this. Waited 45 min on hold and spent 30 min with service rep tracking package. I show up to post office to wait 45 more minutes as they said delivery driver is bringing it back to post office. I was then charged additional money to get my package although it was not even delivered and I had to become a detective to find it. They said I would have received a delivery notice today but why didn't I receive it 5 days prior when package was suppose to be delivered?? Go to UPS or FedEx much better customer service and delivery.
Fill-in mail carrier was seen picking up my outgoing package and 2 weeks later I get a message from a customer asking where the package is. I checked tracking and it says awaiting package at facility, meaning the mail carrier either took it or never processed it. I called to ask about it and the phone just rang and rang til it auto ended the call. When selling online, even one bad review can hinder a business and service like this will surely warrant some poor reviews. I paid the fee but did not receive the service that was guaranteed and neither did my customer.
I can't believe this place. Service has only gone down and I mean down. Half the time my bills are delivered just days away from the due date. This week alone they have delivered packages and left them in the rain! When my covered porch or carport are just mere feet away. Then today they shoved packages in my box leaving it open & piled others on the top, couldn't just safely deliver them to my door? It's ridiculous
Ever since we lost our original postman it was a good worker and I understand why he quit because the post office wouldn’t deliver us our mail while he was off his days so when he came me and he had to deliver the past three days of mail now we’re not getting mail delivered or picked up Sometimes three if not two times a week that makes it hard on us since we’re on the road that if our mail is not postmarked for our rent we get charged $75 extra for being late but I guess the post office don’t care are they should’ve done had this worked out this is been going on for the last three months this is Tuesday last day we got mail was Friday it would be good if they would a part time delivery schedule that we could plan ahead when to mail out our bill money and know when we can expect our mail on them days
