Seriously the best USPS I’ve ever been to on trail PCT or actually in the whole US. Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to help customers they also know a lot of the towns people by name - shows how connected everyone is!
KUDOS to NICOLE. A young lady named NICOLE blondish brown hair saved the day 2/27.2023 9:00AM by answering my question re: stamps, incl. a mutilated stamp i was holding. I bounced through 2 people before she was sent to help me. She provided a solution within seconds. Nicole, you're AMAZING. I pray you're promoted to manager. Also, Kudos to the tall MALE solely manning the counter while the rest of the staff was in a meeting. He was very knowledgeable re: 1st class mail, return receipt, etc.
The people work hard and always go above an beyond to help people get their mail. Danielle, Melissa and Jim have all been there a long time and the town of Chester is lucky to have them. TWO THUMBS UP !!
Mail is not put up till late here, but the staff is very nice and helpful. However, this new locking the lobby doors thing is really frustrating. Some of us can't get there until later in the night and now we can't get out mail.
The staff here @ this particular USPS post are lovely, kind people! Always a smile!
