I will give 5 stars to The Rachel she is very helpful employee and she helps me with my family passport process, just one thing with customer service you need to wait your appointment time to start your application process even if no one in line that does not make sense , so they need to process any application in line and don’t wait someone he don’t show in his appointment
Although somewhat busy, I had incredibly fast and friendly service today. The two agents at the counter were helping numerous customers and doing so with a very positive and efficient attitude. The location is clean and nice and newer. There may be a wait, but once you get to the counter they were incredibly helpful to me and the other people around me including people who were getting passports. While they may be a little bit understaffed, I feel they were incredibly friendly and efficient. I do not remember my clerks name but he had two customer service stars on his USPS wrist band.
Leaving a 5-star review to combat the negative ones. Especially after one of the employees I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she was great kindly and patiently explained one of the notifications. She acknowledged that the system isn’t as detailed as they’d like but reassured me that my package going to my friend would arrive tonight!
If I could give zero stars I would, super rude customer service as per usual in Southlake. I have never received worse Worst experience at USPS than I do in Southlake
A post office with a bad review is more normal than not. It checks out.
Avg wait time in line is 30 mins. Kiosks is down generally. And people working here are above 60 years.
First off it’s difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner. We’ve had two scheduled appointments to renew my daughters passport at this facility. Both times they have sent a text cancelling at the last minute. Would have been nice to get a real reason why but won’t be fooled again here. This facility is a joke and we strongly recommend you save time and handle your business elsewhere.
Horrible passport service. The kid that does passport took 20 mins to show up to our appointment saying he was in the bathroom and decided not to take my appointment because i was 3 mins late… talking to me like was the attorney general smh
Horrible customer service I came in for my passport appointment and they went on lunch break, I waited 20 minutes. I had to ask the guy what form I had to fill out and he pointed me to the wrong one. Finally when it was time for my appointment they told me the form I filled out wasn’t correct and I didn’t have time to fill out another before my 15 minutes were up. I waited a month for the appointment, didn’t even try to help. It was Rachel and a taller bigger guy that talked to me. Save your time and go to city hall.
We came here to get a passport, and were pleasantly surprised. The hours posted for the post office do not reflect the hours for the passport office they close at 3 on saturdays, the place needs a remodel, no a/c, and you mostly wander around until a friendly face offers advice. However, the people working there were friendly, helpful even saved us some money!, and once we were called it was very quick. Also, if you know you're further down on the list you can get something to eat, sit at the park, and/or go shopping! Which is exactly what we did.
