It was a bad experience this last time, I wouldn't go there again. I really don't like leaving any negative about any business large or small. I've only been they twice.1st time I stopped in to pick up a package, I thought it had a Great atmosphere & inside was very clean and organized also the customer service was good, girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I thought it was so nice, I even told a lot of people about it + all the services they offered. 2nd time wasn't such a great experience. The guy charged me $25 to ship a box of hair color. I haven't ever shipped anything myself before, I've always had somebody do it for me. I do understand that prices went up and that's not their fault. I asked the guy that worked their if their was another way I can ship it? Maybe through another company that had better prices because I didn't want to pay double price of item being shipped just for the shipping. The guy told me no so I just paid for the shipping.. I didn't know that he could of offered me a flat rate box. I didn't know they have flat rate boxes.i really wish the guy wasn't so short with me and took time to tell me what options where available. I was the only person there besides 1 lady and child came in as I was going out the door.
Great experience! I sent out a package to Texas and they ensured that my items would not break and once received by the recipient she ensured me that they took the extra step in wrapping each item and adding in peanuts since it was fragile! Way to go! Great little place! I appreciate their care for my package.
Used to go to staples for printing service. Now I come here to the postal amazing quick service. I send my mail through here as well. Definitely recommend freedom postal!!
I’ve had a great experience at Freedom Postal. The staff there is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Their office is in a perfect location for Oak Hill residents ... very convenient and easy to access. Great place!
I received a package that was sent from this facility. All the jars were wrapped with bubble wrap, then a large bag and all placed in a box filled with peanuts. All the jars arrived safe and sound! Thank you for putting in so much care :
