I recently moved different town but same county i was slow withaddress changes and my letters and packages went everywhere. Both of the ladies bad at names the one in westport and the one in witherbee were so nice, so patient.. so my mail wasnt returned to unknown..and both are very pleasant and professional.
My mail showed it was delivered, tried to go to the post office they were not open even thought they still had 2 hours left. Attempted to call the offices and found i was going to be put on hold greater than an hour. Now I have to try and explain to the merchant I never received my package and figure what my next step is. Thanks post office hope you fail cause I would rather pay UPS, FedEx, DHL and know it’s gonna be at my door when it’s suppose and if not I can be on the phone within mins to find out where it is.
I think the lady working there is rude, doesn't like to do her job Requirements! I feel one person working in a building alone, you tend to feel you can make up your own rules. And mess with people's mail.
Absolutely the worst post office in the country. You can never get through to them on the phone and they close whenever they feel like it
Always rude to people, never closes at the right time, messes with people's mail all the time.
Very pleasant and helpful
Please ship my package already.
