Paid for my mailbox lock to be changed about a month and a half ago. Yesterday 05/11, they said someone would be out here to change the lock, they never showed. Just to follow up at 4:30pm and be told “first thing tomorrow morning”. I’ve called the office about 16 times this morning and surprise surprise NO ANSWER. Why did I pay for my lock to be changed if it’s going to take over a month to get changed? Be so forreal usps like I just want to get my mail out of there
Hard to get into because it's a one-way street that it sits on so you have to kind of go around the building to get in.
This is the slowest and rudest post office in Wilson county. Some of the employees are absolutely rude need some real change at this place
this post office is trash , this is why i barely go i ordered a car part that a needed terribly bad, i went to see if they had it, obviously, an irresponsible mail carrier left it on the truck which made it a lost end up sending it back after i gave my number and i was told i would get a call, now i gotta wait a whole, possible 2 weeks before my car gets fixed
Living in wilson for 6yrs. My first year PO lost 10 sympathy cards. Next year 3 pieces of mail lost. One returned to me a yr later. Birthday cards for children never delivered. Gifts stolen. Not sure what the problem is but someone needs to fix this PO. Unfortunately I have to travel out of wilson to have my mail properly delivered.
Terrible customer service. Very rude personell. Family members couldn't locate mail and were told wasn't their problem. One of many instances.
I went to check my P.O. Box to find that nothing in my ASSIGNED P.O. Box belonged to me. Instead, it contained other individuals mail. I took it to the mail carriers and informed them it didn’t belong to me & I asked if anyone else has a key to that P.O. Box considering other peoples mail was in there and both mail carriers had a attitude and made smart remarks under their breath amongst each other because I asked a logical question any customer in their right mind would ask. They need to have a fast food job making fries in the back if they got a problem with customers asking questions.
Waiting for packages last week and never received. Instead we got a note in the mailbox that it was undeliverable. Each day we were told it was out for delivery. On that Thursday we were sitting in our kitchen saw the mail lady at our mailbox and when my husband went out for our mail we were hoping our packages were left in the mailbox all we got was a note. My husband went to the post office today Tuesday and got both packages and found a note on 1 of them saying the problem was our dog. She was in the house behind a glass door not even barking with no attempt to bring packages to the door. But other mail people had delivered them to our front door with no problem. Think it was 1 person being lazy not wanting to walk to the front door about 30feet.
It’s really hit and miss with the service here. Some days I go in and the workers present are very nice and helpful. Other days the workers who are there are very pushy, rushing you even if you’re the only person in the post office, annoyed if you ask any questions/need help, or just altogether ignore you when ask questions. If they replaced the employees with attitude problems it’d be a five star.
Mail, especially the Tuesday Wilson Times, is constantly being delivered to the incorrect address. This is an on going occurrence
