Same issue as most people that have posted reviews. My mail is not being delivered because according to the post office “no one lives at the house”. I was waiting on medication for my pet, he has a heart condition, I was distraught. I called the post office to explain this and received poor customer service they essentially blamed me when they did not even bother to notify me that mail service was halted, no compassion was shown for my beloved pet.
My Mail keeps being returned saying I don't live at the address. I called the Post Office and they said it was because I wasn't checking my mail. I explained I check it every other day. Since then I have been checking my mail EVERY DAY and my mail is still being returned. This is going on a month now and they refuse to do anything about it. My ins got canceled bc their correspondence was returned and they said I needed to update my address bf I could reinstated it. I had to send my lease to another company proving my address ALL bc the postman won't do his job and the post office refuses to do anything
My mail keeps being returned to the utility companies and to my bank saying I don’t live here. I do. The supervisor said that it’s fishy I’ve waited so long to report it. I hadn’t thought anything of it because my bills are on autopay, it was just when I opened a new account recently with a new bank they let me know my mail has been returned, I haven’t received my paper bills in 8 months. I tried speaking to someone else she wouldn’t let me. She was a complete B****. I will be filling a formal complaint if this isn’t resolved within 72 hours.
So sad that my local post office has such poor customer service. We had a hit and run with our mailbox which was frustrating enough, but they’ve made collecting our mail that’s now on hold even more difficult. The fact that I cried after leaving the post office today says a lot.
Went to the post office for the first time… I was the second one in line waiting and the guy starts yelling at me about how it’s USPS and not UPS and go to CVS to mail my package. Tbh I don’t know how mailing a package works… but didn’t deserve to be yelled at when I'm the second one in line and your helping another patron. The guy I believe a manager red shirt was really rude and needs a little practice of customer service. I think he was overwhelmed by having four people in line but gosh. The lady blue shirt was really nice when I first came in. I give her 5 stars.
I’m sick and tired of rude people. Lady at the front with glasses seems like she hates helping people or like you are an inconvenience.
I recently had to deal with my dear brother's death. The people at the Bethany post office were so kind. I cannot remember the ladies name I spoke with either one of the ladies or the postmaster but they really helped me. I appreciate it at a time like this. It's all I can do to put one foot in front of the other and they helped me so much thank you, Bethany Post Office.
Bethany Post Office is wonderful. They are beyond kind have helped me so much. I can't say enough good things about them.
I found out a person I did business with sent to the wrong address almost a month after I paid them contact this post office . And the tent that had moved in didn't get the package and neither did land lord but it was delivered. And then now another person does because of a error in communication and again the tenant that lives there didn't see it or landlord I am not happy and I wanna know where my packages are. The lady that called me was nice but I am still not happy about this situation .
Berhany Post Office is the best! Great professional service with sense of humor! Brian is top-notched & 2 thumbs up!
