I had to go back to pick up a package that the clerk said was not there the first time I was there earlier in the afternoon. It was literally setting on a shelf with other items waiting for pick up about 10 feet from the counter. She didn't look the first time because she just knew it wasn't there. Very friendly, but not too ambitious.
All government offices should have to be open until 5pm. Tried to go this am after dropping my daughter off at school, but they don’t open until 8:30am. I work 8:30 am/5.Pm so I guess I’ll just not bother.
These ladies are amazing and super friendly. I laugh so hard every time I go in there. They go above what is expected of them. I thank all of you for being so welcoming.
Another fine example of how not to treat customers. USPS should make minimum wage. They are worse than fast food workers.
