I reschedule because they did not even knock the front door to check there was a person inside the house and i could not get it. It should be here by today but i ended up not getting my delivery even i reschedule to today. DO U GUYS EVEN WORK? I called to service center and check the time. it said my package will arrive by 8pm so i waited. When it’s passed 8, office was already closed and i did not get my stuff. PLEASE WORK PROPERLY. if i get my delivery and any of my stuffs went bad, I will call to the main company and complain about your poor work quality.
Some of the employees here are okay and do decently at their job, but this is the exception rather than the rule. Most are so slow, It's like watching a sloth run the 50 yard dash. Then they will do things like wander off for 20 minutes " looking for a certified letter" They seemingly are never able to find as the line is snaking outside the door. I have seen many people pull into the parking lot of this place, see what's going on inside and turn their car right around and leave. I have literally had to wait in line at this post office for over an hour before.
the women who work there in customer service do their job very badly, they don't care about treating people badly, they provide bad customer service
13th street has had my package for return for 30 days. They stated that they're behind because of a scanner issue . The manager proceeded to take my information with A GREEN Crayola!!! Phone number and voicemail do not work. 30 days later it is now stuck in Lancaster. No accountability or even common courtesy.
I’m pretty sure it’s a good post office, website says business hours run til 6pm but when you call before those hours no one answers the phone.
Outstanding, friendly, and courteous staff. I have seen the lobby packed and the staff are still cheerful and helpful despite being super busy. I am very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of everyone I have met at the 13th street facility in Reading.
There's an old lady that works there, always disrespectful of the way she speaks to the customers.. I walked in to get information about a passport.. the man working next to her asked me how could he helped me. I mentioned I was looking for information, and the lady literary cut him off as he was speaking. She answer with an attitude that she was the one doing them not him.. it made me so upset that she didn't only disrespected her co worker but also myself. I walked out..
So frustrating! My usual carrier is AMAZING....the sub, not so much. He delivers my mail to the wrong home, and I get my neighbors mail. I have a mail slot in my door, yet he puts my mail between my door and storm door, when he has put my mail in the door slot, it’s crumpled and sticking halfway out. I have often found my mail in my yard from him putting my mail between my doors. When I called to complain after several problems, the wait time is over an hour. The Supervisor is extremely rude, and stated that the carrier is afraid of being bitten my my SMALL dog which is in a CRATE. Why is he afraid??? He shouldn’t be putting his hand THROUGH my mail slot to begin with!! I have spoken personally to this particular mail carrier, and he just stares at me like I have 3 heads! Very poor customer service. If I continue having issues with this carrier and the postal supervisor, I will go further up the chain of command to get this resolved. I would advise others who have issues to do the same.
I am glad to see I am not the only person that had a negative experience with the older blonde postal worker. I don't often use the mail so was somewhat unsure of the process of returning a package. She first told me I had to go get a $.79 label and fill it out and then proceeded to tell me its not their responsibility to provide any tape. It needed a single 2 inch to re-seal the structurally sound very small box. She then pulled out a roll of tape and put it on the box. I left and went to a UPS store and had a much more pleasant experience with a helpful person. I will not be returning to this post office.
Long lines and slow service. The length of the line seems to genuinely SLOW DOWN the employees working there. Also, it seems to matter not if there are 3 people working or just 1, it's slow regardless. I would also love it if when I scheduled a pick up, it would actually happen because it's not even a 50.50 shot if my carrier shows up for a scheduled pick up, it's maybe a 30% chance.
