I try to avoid going to the post office as the employees have been needlessly unfriendly if not downright rude in my experience thus far. Booked my passport appointment at this location rather than Drake road after a nasty interaction there and Jason made it such a pleasant and easy experience!! His customer service is top notch!
Always convenient and useful of services offered. Sometimes the lines are long and sometimes they are not, but that's a normal thing for services at every branch office. Very helpful knowledgeable clerk's working at the counters each time I go.
Refused to sell larger envelope or container after waiting in line told my problem very rude and lazy why not do what your paid tax dollars to do .
Great service. However, they do a terrible job of enforcing their own mask policy. Very disappointing.
Frequently the guy behind the counter is condescending and patronizing. He does not seem interested in helping customers; it is a break from the normally excellent staff of the US postal service.
The service has been excellent and the lines are short. One reviewer mentioned that it is no longer at this location. I have found it open at this location.
Had a passport appointment, and had to wait in line for 30 minutes only to be told they couldn't do it today and that I'd have to reschedule.
They take horrible care of packages, just throwing them around and don’t care that they get damaged.
Wonderful service; lovely staff. Consistently helpful.
