Waited in line for 15 minutes, then another 45 minutes while they tried to find the Certified Letters from New York State that I scheduled for pick up because they needed MY signatures. They tracked the letters that said “left with individual at house” except NO ONE was home!! The manager then tells me that the carrier signed for the letters???? I’m glad the Postal Police are the oldest Law enforcement agency in the country while your employee just committed a felony!!!
I brought in a package for an address I used—printed from computer—over a dozen times. But they could not find the address AND the P.O. Box. I tried to explain, that it needed the address of the post office AND the PO Box. You’d think they would know that. Instead I was repeatedly talked down to. I went to my old post office after that, and guess what, no problem whatsoever.
Everyone here is always friendly and professional. Excellent customer service! Great hours too! Thanks for keeping us connected with friends and colleagues around the country!!
Fab experience. Young woman is always smiling and helping customers a lot and middle-aged man gives me a hand even I don’t understand the mailing system.
Love this post office and the people who work here are great. However, I just drove thru the drive thru mailbox and caught people in the act of attempting to steal mail. Flashlights and all. I stared them down and they sped away. Needless to say I went inside. Be careful folks.
Was mailing several glass figurines to a friend. Asked if I could pay extra for fragile shipping and they said I couldn’t. Lo and behold it shows up to my friend with a giant crack in it and another one is broken. I’m infuriated.
I love this post office! The staff are amazing and helpful, I didn’t know anything about shipping my small business packages and they helped me pick out everything and get the cheapest shipping. I will go out of my way to come here.
Short wait, helpful staff, and good parking lot. Lines move quickly. And so far every question I've ever had was answered quickly and nicely. All in all a pretty good post office.
They refuse to deliver a piece of priority mail and are just holding it at the post office while lying that "customer instructed them to" completely false, DELIVER MY MAIL LIKE I PAID YOU TO DO! Save yourself the trouble and go with UPS, no wonder why USPS is failing. Also cannot get ahold of anybody at the office to no ones surprise.
The worst customer service, compared to any other U.S.P.S. locally! One specific worker is rude and unnecessarily fails to be polite and display common customer service/respect. no need to go here if you have ANY other option.
