I've been trying to find a package that was delivered on the 13th. Unfortunately, It did not get into MY box!! There are a bank of mailboxes at our rental office and apparently the mail carrier put it into the wrong box. And the package was not returned to me! I have requested the Post Master to ask the carrier about it but they still have not gotten in touch with me about it and now will not answer when I call them. This is unacceptable! I need that package.
My package is being sent back to the vendor with no explanation. I have tried calling my local office and the main one in Jacksonville, I can't get anyone on the phone. Terrible service NOTE: I have successfully received packages from this vendor many times. There's another incident where I mailed someone something very important, had the correct address and it was returned to me. All I can say is this is a shame on our Postal Service. Costs have risen and service has decreased tremendously.
Answer your stinking phone!?!?!!!!!!!!! I called today from 4:30 to 5:00 24 times yeah that's not a typo I called 24 times and no one can answer the phone. I called yesterday afternoon and had to go through 10 phone calls before someone would answer the phone and assured me that I would be able to get the mail out of my box today well guess what the oversized box is still jammed in my mailbox and the carrier shoved my mail all around it and I still cannot get my mail out of the box. Answer your stinking phone!!!!!!! So now I get to take time off of work to drive up to the post office to once again voice my concern that I cannot get my mail out of my box. Beyond sorry customer service if your hours say from 8:00 to 5:00 you better have somebody there working from 8:00 to 5:00 they can answer the phone at my job if it's 8:00 to 5:00 it's 8:00 to 5:00.
This post office has the best customer service. Quincy is usually at the counter when I pick up my packages.
The Postmaster was trying to be very helpful with a priority mail package that got lost. However I have been trying to get back in touch with the post office and now know one will ever answer the phone. And of course the main post office number with their system is useless.
Since moving we have had a few issues with delivery person and not receiving mail. I called and the gentleman postmaster corrected the issues the same day. The postmaster assured me that the issues will no longer continue. Which it's been a month now and we have not had any problems. Thank you
Why on earth do they only have 1 person at the counter working???? They don't care that this is the busiest week of the year I guess!?
Paid for next day shipping an my package was lost. For a total loss of 365$ this is the second time this has happened. The first time they threw the package away an cost us the same amount but refused to pay the insurance for the destroyed package. The usps is a joke starting with this branch.
I haven't got issues with the employees in the post office itself. The deliveries are okay. The way SOME not all of the rural mail carriers drive is crazy though. They run stop signs, pull out in front of people, pass in no passing zones, they put po people in danger with their driving. This post office needs better parking & a better way to get in & out.
The worst customer service Ive seen yet. I called 4 times to have my package delivered back to my address because they lost the package in transit. The dude at the counter when i sent the package was too lazy to put a propper label on and assured me that it would be ok to send. Ive been chasing my package for two weeks and they keep running me in circles. Worst shipping company in the states. What a joke.
