Terrible. They say they open at 8:30 but I waited there until 8:42 and no one was there. I mean the inside was empty & there were no lights on.
My poor review is COMPLETELY based on the fact that they only schedule one person to work behind the counter. This is especially awful during the holiday season and a pandemic when mail is more important than ever. I love all of the employees here, they are fantastic but to have to wait over 30 minutes every time and a line in the parking lot is so unfair to both them and us.
4/1/2022 Post office is not open until 5pm- change your time please
I needed to know how quickly I could get some Open House invitations out for my listing in Point Pleasant Beach. I called and got through to Amanda who was wonderful and told me exactly how to get them out for next day in their zip code. John at the counter and Matt, the supervisor happily accommodated me. It was so much easier than I had imagined and everyone was so helpful
Nice people except for the lady with red hair bad attitude ,like she doesn't wanna be there ,rollings eyes n everything so in just went to point boro n they told I was not the only unsatisfied costumer , so was happy that is was int me so yeah good luck.
I was in and out in less than a minute around 3pm today. Great Service at counter !!!
Even during the holidays, there’s only one behind the counter. Good service, terrible waiting times any time of year.
