I wish I got the clerks name, but my goodness this woman was miserable, unhelpful, unknowledgeable and disgustingly rude for no apparent reason. I took my mail back and I will bring it to another post office for service. Smh. I tried to call the office to speak with a manager but couldn’t get past the recording. How ridiculous! Again, I've said it before and I'll say it again - It's the people who truly make the difference.  THANK YOU to Tom who so nicely helped process my 65+ packages this morning.  He is friendly, personable, professional and called for back up as needed.  THANK YOU!!! We had scheduled an appointment for our son’s passport application. We arrived and the gentleman at the desk on 2/5/22 was very pleasant and attentive. He provided us a great service that was easy and quick. I just wanted to say thank you again for making the process an easy and pleasant one.

Marco is amazing! I rarely ship packages so I never know what package/size to choose. Marco was super helpful and found me a cost efficient solution to send my package to France urgently. Thank you so much Marco. USPS needs more people like him. You got a new loyal customer now, won't be using UPS or Fedex anymore.

I went to the post office to apply for a passport. The service was a plus plus, the postal worker was very knowledgeable she was very kind she was very patient. Even after leaving there was a couple things that were not filled out on the application she called me for secure call to make sure that information was included it was a wonderful experience I have never experienced that in a post office before

The Foxboro post office should be considered a national model.  Always helpful and pleasant.  Service is superb.  They will even try to help solve problems with other post offices.

Marco was very helpful and nice. My boyfriend is from Brazil and wanted to send gifts for his parents and Marco made it painless to send.
