I want to report USPS employee steal my package too. I have the video. please do something.
USPS employee has stolen an item inside the package and still delivered the package. The man was wearing a black shirt with writing on it, white bandana, shorts and his “work” bag. This has taken place on June 13, 2022 at 11:51 AM.
I’m told I’m not eligible for informed delivery mail going to next door neighbors I’m getting there mail I filed complaints nothing change or getting better mail not coming on time ridiculous I live in Pennsauken it’s sad what’s happening for gain and not Allowing people get a chance to live someone broke my mailbox and mail carrier not taking the time to sort mail correctly in the correct address sadly this how there being taught
If i could give this post office no stars i most certainly would!!!!! The one employee has rules of her own that I have never even heard of. She constantly denies packages JUST RIDICULOUS! I now drive a few extra miles to my second nearest post office where all employees are a joy and dont have their own set of rules. They gladly ship my packages and help me with any questions, with a smile! HONESTLY CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN UNTIL YOU HIRE NEW STAFF!
I am starting to feel very upset abut my visits to the post offices. At the Pennsauken post office i am told constantly that they cannot accept my packages from the previews day. I come to the post office everyday betwen 4:30 and 5pm which is the closing time per their hours of operation, But its always closed 5 to 10 minutes early every day. That is why my packages have the previews date, because you closed your doors way to early. Also if i go to the Camden office and its closed the person at the desk in Pennsauken always tells me that I have to drop it off at Camden because my address is in Camden. Its seems that she doesn't know that Pennsauken its also Camden county. The Camden Federal street post office its closing their doors at 4:15pm and their hours of operation are to close at 4:30pm. No body wants to work anymore, its pathetic.
I've gotten a notice for an attempt delivery and when I went to the post office, they said it was the package I've picked up the prior week. I told the lady it was a different tracking number and she said I've picked it up already and that it was just a reminder fpr me to pick up my merchandose with a different tracking number. When I contacted the seller for my merchandise, they said the item hasn't been claimed by me and it was still in the post office. Today is the last day for me to claim the item and I'm stuck at work. The lady there acted like she didn't want to assist me and there was another person there who was on her cell phone and didn't fo anything to help neither. Worse customer service experience ever.
I've been dissatisfied recently with some aspects of the post office, but requested someone contact me about some missing mail and was called the same day. It was a nice change of pace to have someone reach out to help solve an issue as opposed to brushing it aside.
I was waiting for a package today and I did not get it said it was not the right location. Don’t understand I had the right address. Hope to comes tomorrow or I will have to go to the post office and get it.
Every day I get someone else's mail. You can clearly see the addresses are different. Also I never use that post office to mail anything because it takes the letter forever to get where it's going. Maybe they need to hire more workers or working who know how to pay attention to addresses.
The post office where I frequent is open from 8:30 am - 5:00pm Monday- Friday and Saturdays 8:30am- 12:30pm. So I already know what to expect upon my visit. It's usually no long line because their busiest hours are usually between 9:00am-11:00am and 12:00pm-3:30pm. Saturdays is best to go early in the morning.
