Not enough stars to rate this facility, hands down the best post office I've ever used. This facility is absolutely spotless, they have every supply you could ever need, a fantastic area to prepare you items for shipping and the lady that helped me was absolutely amazing. Mailed a package on Thursday afternoon and it is already out for delivery in California.
I have lived here since 1999, Service has been exceptional. The program I love the most is being able to see when letters and packages are coming. It shows a photo of my mail, if I am not home and something important comes I can have someone pick it up for me and forward to wherever I am at the time. It is called, Informed delivery. Usually receive the mail shown the following day. The messages come in Email. Mail is overwhelming and this system relieves mental stress for me.
Sturgis post office has to be the worst in the nation .rude when you call them .and out right lie to you when you ask about a piece of mail . Think the post master needs fired noting like being mocked and made fun of to the point you get pist off and cuss em out .they probably steal your stuff and hold hold your stuff on purpose so they don't have to do their job .should not take over 3 weeks to get some thing .some stuff over a month like VA letters or SSD office .happens all the time
I went here to post some post cards during the Sturgis rally this year. The staff member Laiken was very helpful in sending our cards to England she sold us some really groovy stamps. All in all a very positive experience.
Worse post office ever. They refuse to print labels for addresses for you. On top of that if you want a label at all they will charge you for the label. No other post office in this half of the state does this. To top it off they’re rude about it! Like you should already know of their back woods ways. Go to spearfish to mail your post. They print labels and actually do their jobs. If I could do no stars I would!!
Excellent service, kind & courteous staff. Very helpful with passports renewal!
Mostly ok. But I dropped an envelope off at the post office drive through with a check in it and it was never received. To many misdelivered mail.
Can't even figure out how to mail packages correctly ever. Anytime I see a package going through them I get a headache. Rude staff too.
We have had great experience here. Staff is always friendly to us.
Always quiet and pleasant!
