We have a carrier who refuses to deliver packages to our home. Why you may ask? Because she does not care for us I believe. It has been pointed out over and over. What’s more she gets away with this behavior. And just today I got notice that a package could not be delivered because no one was available to sign for it. This is not true. We were indeed home. Have reported to Postal Service and to the Post Master in MH. Simply ridiculous.
I live in Mullica Hill and use this post office out of convenience because it is 1 minute from my house. I took my VERY expensive wedding invitations there and asked for them to be hand canceled meaning I don’t want them going through the shoot sorter. This is common ask for customers who spend a great deal of money on their wedding invitations so they do not get ruined. They refused to do it. Left and took them to the Swedesboro post office and they were happy to do it! This location showed pure laziness.
Although I live in Mullica Hill, I will not be using this post office. #1 Brandy is the rudest person I've ever met, she has no skills on customer service and seriously needs anger management classes. They all seem to know of her in other post offices I have been when mentioned her name. So she needs to be removed from front desk and placed in a different position where she doesn't interact with people. Very poor customer service skills, and they staff arent' so great either. I'll be doing business elsewhere.
Hi I live in Mullica Hill, for 6 yrs now. If you don't know this I will tell you Mullica Hill post office is the worst post office in N.J. . Today I went to get my mail and this picure below and another picture sitting next to a peach to somewhat get an idea of the size. It's not the 1st time this has happened. And I hurt my hand trying to force the box out. Are people really that dumb to put a package in a smaller space than the package , is unbelievable! When the front panel of the mail boxes is open the package just barely fits if you squeeze it alittle.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Julie and whomever the other person that answered the phone today are two of the worst "customer service " reps ever. I was waiting on a package saw that it was delivered at 2 o'clock and asked if I could come up and get it since we would be away for the weekend. The 2 of them were so rude and downright abusive to both me and my husband. Ever since they cleaned house up there it's been horrible. Can't even get in touch with a supervisor to get a reasonable person to talk to. If you can't get me my package fine but being baligerant is really not necessary.
They constantly bring me other people's mail and packages .. but I have have a hard time getting my own mail. Always have to call because they forget my packages on the truck. Joe is always super nice and helpful but who ever delivers isn't that sharp. They have left my packages in the rain and even called me to see where packages were that they delivered here on accident .. I didn't even know he left it here, box was in the rain and against my trash cans.. I don't even get my neighbors mail, I get mail from the development behind me! Frustrating that I have to drive people their mail. And wonder where mine is....
This post office is all around horrible! The postmaster is rude, unapologetic, and can barely speak English. The mail carrier has a serious attitude problem. I have received four broken packages in the past two years. Yesterday another package was delivered and they used it to prop my storm door open. When I pulled up and saw the state of my door and package it literally screamed STEAL ME! I constantly get my neighbor's mail across the street and vice versa. I have complained several times to the postmaster and nothing ever changes. I'm sooooooooo tired of this!! One day the mail carrier was very upset that he couldn't pull his truck directly up to the walkway to deliver mail to our mailbox group due to construction materials being out on the curb waiting for bulk pick up. He got so pissed off that he threw the mail truck into reverse and hopped the curb up onto the grass. I have picture proof of that one. Bunch of jackasses!
Every single person who works here is absolutely miserable. Postal employees couldn't be any more annoyed with each person that walks in through the front door, so interactions are uninviting and awkward. The exterior looks like it's in month 35 of a foreclosure, or at least some apocalyptic zombie movie. Embarrassing that this is a representation of the township and it's people.
I had great experiences with some of the people at the office. But the delivery driver has thrown a package marked LIVE FISH at my front door with such force it bashed the door and bounced. I left a note on my door to knock so I could get a package of baby fish inside out of the cold it was around 40 degrees out, she didn't knock and took off. Another day she walked packages up to the door again didn't knock even though I left a polite note and then left a package of baby fish in the mail box that I didn't know about... why didn't she bring it up with the others?? Within days another box arrived completely crushed, completely taped all back up and falling appart, I went to open the door and see if she needed help bringing anything to the door so she chucked the broken package as she saw the door opening... because all the packages were in transit at the same time I didn't want to be rude or file complaints until everything arrived. I didn't want things to be treated even worse then they already were. Some individuals cared and some seemed to want to be purposefully malicious
Wanted to charge me $16 to send a 6 page fax. Worse it was the owner working. I went to UPS in Mantua and it was $3.
