Whoever is working the shift 08/18/2022 at 12:55 PM is rude, unprofessional, she let someone skip me in line and then wants to give me an attitude about not having documents “ready” because I wasn’t standing in line, even though She was busy when I came in and was clearly waiting to be seen next. I took about 20 seconds writing something down before I was “ready” but to her professional mail sending standards I was not - so she let someone cut me in line. And then continues to make sarcastic. Remarks about my mail. Usually don’t take it this far when I’ve been displeased with customerservice but dealing with incompetence from my local post office is a line for me - I have important documents to send and I can’t have people like this attached in the photo handling my important documents.
This is a PERFECT example of the US Postal Service: old, outdated, overpriced, and this one smelled like a retirement home that had retired. I am an urban explorer. I've been in abandoned buildings that are cleaner and smelled better. Also, I mailed a box just bigger then a shoe box full of stuff at FedEx, overnight, on Christmas Eve for about $5.50. I mailed a CD in a bubble envelope here that would take five days for $4.06. If the address wasn't a PO box, I'd never have gone. This building was absolutely disgusting.
Perfectly pleasant, convenient, and helpful. I don't know what other people are talking about. The building isn't anywhere near as run-down as reviewers would have you believe. Maybe they fixed those issues. Or maybe people just want to be mad.
Please clerk 06 needs to work away from the public. It's not the first time she has been rude to me or my wife. I do not want think that she's a racist and does not like hispanics. Today I have to come forward and express my horrible experience. I asked for a money order with respect like the professional that I am. After telling her the amount I placed the money on the middle of the counter. She would not grab the money and asked me to push it forward and kept talking about why people had to be like that. I said to her it's not like I placed it all the way back towards me. This lady needs to work away from people. Who knows what her personal problems are but she needs to be more humble and appreciate her job a little.
Been using this Post Office all my life - and own a commercial building right around the corner on Oxford....the Spanish girl that's been there for many years is very nice and gets the job done - the other older gal has ALWAYS been very rude and just plain out MEAN and talks too much conversing to each customer and to her pier while the rest of us just stand there patiently waiting! I'm sure that's what these other reviews are speaking about. She works on the far left corner by the wall. Today I went in just to make sure I had enough stamps on my envelope to mail out. No customers were in sight in the parking lot and the inside was completely empty, I was the only one there; so I went in and just stood at the worker's counter waiting for someone to come out - when she did - she informed me to go all the way around the customer counter and wait my turn and told me to next time pay attention to the signs!!!!! REALLY??? I told her that no one was there and I might not even need her and I have all my stamps - just need to weigh the envelope. She said - well then you do need me....and made me step away from her counter and walk over and around the customer counter and stand behind the sign in; what I would call an "invisible line" and I stood there and then she waived me over to her area again at that point - she then gave me a smirk - weighed the envelope and said I was good - and I told her to have a nice day! And she responded with - "ha - you should try to!" If it wasn't just around the corner from my office I would never step foot in that place again! She made a complete fool out of me and I fell for it!! Besides; she was supposed to be retiring!!! What ever happened to that?? And by these comments - you would think her superiors would do something about it!!! Unhappy - rude ungrateful woman!!
That lady KATHY that sits by the wall on the left hand side is very RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, and RACIST ! I come up here quite often and you can she her in a good mood with a white person but let a Spanish or black person come in she's nasty and very rude for no apparent reason. I'm surprise she still works there, don't go here unless you want poor customer service from this particular lady !
Although this office is small and usually there is only one employee helping people out through a long line, it is so close to my home and Yadira the young lady there is so friendly, considerate and fast, she will take care of you in a timely manner.
Very friendly and helpful employees. Not busy at all when I was there noonish.
I needed to expedite my passport forms and the help I received was very satisfacory. I am pleased with the service I experienced.
Absolutely Awful! Was told I need to go to another Post Office to send my packages out because of being short staffed during Prime Mailing time. Also with this Virus going around. Why should I have to put myself at risk by staying out longer then I have too. This is the closest Post Office to my house!
