This place doesn't deserve 1 star, but you can't make a post without clicking on one.  The place is run down, filthy, and the drop box has been out of service for over a month. When I questioned about why it was down, the "kind" lady said, it was broken into and it's not our fault someone tried to steal from it. Um, no the break in was NOT your fault, however it is the fault of the office that it has not been repaired. They are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I don't know why I would expect more from a government run agency that will hire anyone with a pulse. It's a disgrace to the county and not a wonder they are going bankrupt and have to keep raising the postage rate. Do NOT go to this branch. Drive the extra miles. You will thank me later.

Terrible service at this branch. Mail carrier doesn’t even deliver some days.  Leaves 6 of the same junk mail in my box. Don’t bother to leave a package in your box for outdoing mail.  They may pick it up.  They may not.  If they do pick it up, they won’t scan it & will leave it sitting in their truck for 2-3 days. Terrible customer service. I guess they can’t be fired due to the union. Wish I could give a zero OR a minus 10 rating.

I just watched my mail man throw my packages on the porch. The guy was standing on the steps. Instead of taking the effort to gently set it down at the top of the steps. He just tosses it onto the porch. I couldn't make it out the door. I just yelled out my window why you gotta throw the package. He looks around confused trying to figure out who yelled it. Then proceeded to ignore me and drive away. If it was their package they would have been upset too.

This branch needs much improvement.  I have informed delivery. In the past month, they have not delivered 2 very important pieces of legal mail. Called them, they never answer.  Finally, went in to complain about missing mail.  Basically, said too bad.  Nothing they can do about it.  Inefficiency at all levels.  Kiosk in lobby has not been working.  No one seems to care

The antiquated hiring processes of USPS has led to this being an institution of the incompetents. Continuously losing packages and there was a girl there today who was trying to get information on a lost package and the supervisor literally called the police on her for no reason other than being non-white. I have my grievances because they constantly lose mail here. Another 1 star review but nothing will done.

I had an appointment at 11:15 and was forced to wait for more than 1 hours until we were able to renew my toddler’s passport. Truly unprofessional. I recommend you go somewhere else. The people at the counter have a rude attitude. Overall it was one of the worst experiences at a post office.

I am having a wonderful customer experience with Bulk Mail processing. Patrice Jones serves us awesome, I would rate her highly for her kind, humble, professional, knowledgeble service. I would recommend anyone seeking Bulk mail to visit her.

This location itself is not bad and the desk employees seem nice the few times I've interacted with them.  But I am very upset that they have lost 2 sentimental pieces of mail in the last few months -  my birthday card and valentines day card which showed up in Informed Delivery but were never actually delivered.  The most recent bad experience was when our letter carrier nearly ran me over quickly switching to reverse and not watching where he was going. :-

Our postal delivery in zip 30028 has been awful for the past couple of years. I can put outgoing mail in the mailbox with the flag up on a Monday morning and sometimes it is picked up by Thursday. I am treated horribly when I call the local post office. It is truly a sad and horribly run operation. Really to bad there is not an alternative to cover 100% of the needs or the post office here would not have any users. Today, I have 9 packages missing that they claim have been delivered, but apparently not to me and after a call it appears I am just out as she I do have the agents name stated there was nothing she could do to help and I was on my own to find them. If this was a for profit, private business it would have been out of business long ago.

Mrs. Kennedy assisted me with getting my package when I wasn’t there to sign for it. She did a wonderful job and I got my items later that day! Miss Chung Kennedy deserves a raise or promotion! Thank you so much Mrs. Kennedy!!!
