Continuously send mail I've said numerous times to discontinue and say they deliver my package when it's not here. They don't deserve Sunday's off they're not gonna deliver packages when they say they will.
They were very helpful locating a package.
This place is fraudulent !!! They took my package and put a sticker over it and stole my stuff.
Denny is great, never had a problem dealing with him over the last 8 years. Always friendly and helpful. I spend $5000+ a year at this post office. Today I called and asked for Denny but spoke to Russ instead. He was plain grumpy and rude. Disappointing.
They have loss my business. Have asked on many occasion for the carrier to stop sending a lady's mail to me every other day and it's still coming. After phone calls and telling the carrier, they still send it. She moved out over a year ago. I dont know thos lady but im sick of getting her mail and hacing to put it back out to the carrier. Now they have a new answering service all animated with 30-50 minute wait time to talk with a real person. Im done!
Every time I've been to this post office I have always received friendly, courteous and professional service. Best post office I have ever done business with. Keep up the good work!
Doesn't keep in mind that people normally like their packages in front of there door. Even after asking them to put it by my door some of them still continue to put it by the mail box. it's better by my door as it's not in the view of anyone walking by and less likely to get picked up by someone Also a few times the packages have been beaten up and or open part way.
The post office staff has always endeavored to answer all of my questions. They have never hesitated to discuss post office procedures. This must be the best small town post office.
Horrible why would u be so rude about getting my packed when I can see it than makeing me wait for it to come in the mail just for it not to show up
I went in in the afternoon when it was quiet to buy stamps and got the best customer service I'd ever seen at a post office. Very informative and patient staff.
