Had package that did not have apt.#. I put a Huge sign on my door to explain to Mail carrier. This is the place, etc. Delivered regular mail standing directly in front of sign. Did not deliver, address incomplete. Attempted delivery 9:30ish am. Went to P.O. to try to rectify at 12:30ish. Very nice lady took my info. Was very understanding. I was told she would contact driver for item to be left at P.O. and I could come back next day to pick up. " NO problem at all " I was told. Went in next day and was met by different worker and her attitude was the Exact opposite. VERY RUDE! "That's not our policy. We Never do that." I explained again that the lady I spoke to on previous day said she would take care of it. You know? The disappeared art of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Funny how one employee was fantastic, and from an employers perspective, 2nd lady Obviously could not care Lee's. And I was an inconvenience. I had to get pretty much on the offensive with her just to get her to take down my info. I truly believe she made NO attempt to do ANYTHING. and as is usually the case, I was looking directly into the eyes of Absolute Hatred! Fire the girl working up front on 2-16-22 between 12-1:30. Definitely does Not care about resolving issues. Or the customer. Very dismissive of me and my issue. The lady working the afternoon of 2-15 should be promoted. She was The Very Essence of wonderful Customer Service. USPS, Don't dismiss this review. The woman is TOXIC!!! So I go Back in first thing this morning and was told it was returned to sender at 3:03 on 15th. I was in post office a little after that and the 1st post office worker told me driver was not back from route yet. Lies, lies,lies. On top of lies. 2nd problem with a delivery from this post office. I've only lived there 3 months. Definitely do NOT trust this place. SOMEBODY IS LYING TO SOMEBODY to keep from doing their job. TRUTH! KEITH A HAY
This is the second time they haven’t delivered something of mine. The first excuse was that it was a Sunday and I wasn’t home. I was waitin at the door for THREE hours and no one came. The person had the audacity to tell me it was my fault. I didn’t care and now I had a pair of glasses sent to me. I am home once again and no one came. I see a redelivery pink slip in my perfectly cleared out mailbox. They’re tellin me it was a LETTER and that they couldn’t deliver it. Why not? Not excuse was even given this time and now I have to waste my time goin up there to get it.
I would give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Literally the worst. First, the carrier removed our names from the mailbox and stopped our mail anytime we went 1 day without checking the mail. We don't get a lot of mail. When we caught him doing it, he called the police on us we have it on video. Then we when spoke with the post master he said he would take care of it. To this day that carrier still won't deliver mail if the mail from yesterday is still in the box. Second, ever since the day he called the police on us, he's been leaving "delivery notices" when we are supposed to receive packages. No matter how big or small, he won't deliver it and we have to go get it from the post office. Not to mention, that takes an extra day, sometimes 2 days. Third, the customer service is horrible! They speak to you any kind of way and you can't say about it or you won't get your mail or any other business taken care of. I'm just so over them.
If I could rate a 0 I would! They won’t deliver our stuff because “dogs are out loose” or “driveway is blocked” this has been going on for almost a year and we can never get ahold of them.. we always have to go in.
7/5/22 Needed to ship a package but at 12:45 pm the place is locked and the lights are off. This place is a joke. No one that works here actually works. This is not the first time the place has been closed during business hours and I’ve had to waste my time going to another location. But they’re government employees and they have no reason to care. They’ll make their money even when they don’t do their job. And they’ll never get fired. 5/3/22 Yet another package marked delivered but not delivered. 4/22/22 Guy behind the counter couldn’t give me first class postage with tracking. This is the worst branch I have ever been in. Dec 2021 Terrible! Two months ago ordered some medication. The day it was supposed to arrive the carrier marked it as delivered but didn’t deliver it until the next day and after I called to find out what was going on. Two days ago, another med order and the carrier claimed there was no access to the delivery location yet he was able to deliver my cable bill that same day. Still waiting on the meds. Another incident when I had a package delivered, instead of walking it to my porch he stood in the middle of the yard and threw it at my porch, hitting my door. This branch and its employees are a pathetic mess. 11-6-21 Went in for a money order and they didn’t have any. How does the post office not have USPS money orders? This location is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with.
Lady at the desk was very kind. This is the most welcoming usps location I’ve been to .
Took over a week to deliver a package I needed for a birthday party *late* claiming my address "doesn't exist". I've lived here and been receiving mail here for three and a half months now. Just...incompetent.
Worst postal delivery ever….. the male post delivery is excellent and then we got switched to a female the last few days…. HORRIBLE. I’ve gotten mail for Mount instead of Tremont, now was expecting a package and said my delivery address couldn’t be accessed? Ding dong you parked your truck in front of my house. Too lazy to get out as it was about 5:30 on a Saturday…. RIDICULOUS Tighten up Rainbow Post Office.
The people at this post office are so rude here... They act like you are bothering or burdening them. It's like they hate their job.
My mail carrier can't read or has bad eye sight! He always delivers other peoples mail to me,and delivering my mail to others.He has lost 3 or 4 packages now! I have had to deliver other peoples mail to them."I do not work for the USPS! How hard is it to read an address,and put it in the mail box? Then I call and they want to be rude with me!#learntodoyourjob
