Inspection agent closed the garage door on our car and would not take the blame for it he was the only one to have the opener and it was in his pocket . Someone opened the water for the refrigerator after we left .
My agent Kristina Irwin has been very busy with my transactions and I could not ask for a better agent. She keeps me informed on all my offers and transactions makes sure that all items are done in time ,keeps communication between buyer and seller open ,and always returns my calls in a timely manner. I have had four properties to close since July 2020 and she’s done the job excellently I would recommend this agent to anyone.
I worked with Kelsey and she is the best and sweetest real estate in all of Bullhead City! I don’t know their property management side, but i first hand experienced the real estate buying process and it was the smoothest I have ever encountered. Kelsey DeVine treated me with real respect and didn’t just see me as another sale. She pours her heart and soul into her work. I initially called about a property my husband and I were interested and we were forwarded to another realtor who told us that in order to buy a lot we had to pay full in cash. When I spoke to Kelsey, she said she had previous clients who bought land and they worked with the bank and only paid a down payment. A week later we were starting the process to buy our dream lot. I was told from another realtor who didn’t want to be bothered by us that what we wanted wasn’t possible and Kelsey made it happen. She’s very respectful and treated me like I was her only client. We refer her to our family members now because she’s someone that we trust. She makes dreams come true and she fights for her clients. When I couldn’t get an answer from the banks end she sent an email out and I heard within an hour. She will forever be my go to real estate agent! It truly was an honor to work with her.
I have had many great experiences when coming into this building for any kind of assistance I needed. My realtor's name is Ken and he is a fantastic and respectful man, very knowledgeable and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. On the other hand I got to deal with a woman named Margaret today and she was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional over the phone. She called my fiance first who tried to give me the phone but Margret angrily said "NO IM DEALING WITH YOU". I have never missed a rent payment but after I was a couple days late due to an error with the bank. Margret just told us we are locked out of the system to pay online and had to come in with a cashier's check instead. Then she proceeded to talk to me unprofessionally saying things like "you need to get over here today" and eventually hung up on me. She treated both my fiance and I like trash and if I ever see her in person, she will be receiving very many choice words.
Grace Walsh was awesome! Stuck with us for over 14 months till we found the right house! Always helpful and a super positive attitude a pleasure to work with. She is like part of our family now. THANK YOU Grace!,,
Bill Walsh has been our realtor for years. We have bought and sold several properties, using him as our realtor. He is smart, honest, dependable, and plays it straight. He has picked up property for us, on which we have made upwards of $100,000. in profit. I hope not too many of you read this review, because he will be too busy to keep feathering our nest. He is a diamond.
