USA Gasolina is convenient and reasonable for the price of each grade selection your car needs. It seems like I'm getting better mileage here verses other station's.
I have used this gas station for 5 years and been satisfied. Recently in the past 2 months, there have been 4 times that I have found the doors locked and signs saying closed for lunch or closed for shift change. Two times were between 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. and two times have been between 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Once I waited more than 15 minutes but not the other times. You've lost a customer. Ridiculous to close down, turn off the lights and lock the doors in daylight hours. Poor management. Too many other stations to choose from.
My husband and I stopped to get gasoline. I walked in and told the girl $17 on pump 8. I walked back to my truck and waited my husband tried to pump the gas. Nothing happened. So I went back into ask the problem and notice my money was still in her hand and she said something about clearing she stated it would take 2 minutes. Went back out and still waited. My husband then went in and got our money back which she still had in her hand.
Your website says 24/7 but your employees take very long lunch breaks or leave the "Sorry Temporarily Closed" sign up for hours after 12am. Whoever is running the place ether doesent care or doesent know. I parked and waited for 30 min and came to a conclusion that your employee does this very often. It's not the first time I drove out here and that same sign is up when your store says 24/7 on google. To be more precise this is the 5th time I drove down here for it to be closed once again. Horrible service.
Gas is ok prices are good,...but that car wash I don't recommend next door to USA GAS they do lousy job and charged me 22 dollar heck never going there again
I pulled into the USA Gas Station located at 2651 N. Ventura Road in Port Hueneme at approximately 9:00 AM on Saturday 3/14/2020 and filled up on pump number two. I paid by credit card and indicated that I wanted a receipt when prompted. After filling up I got a message that the clerk has the receipt. When I went to the door it was locked and a sign was on the door that the attendant was at lunch and unavailable. Another customer ahead of me knocked on the window and got the attendants attention and walked off after talking to him. I asked for a receipt and the attendant told me that he was on his break and unable to get my receipt until his break was over. I let him know what I thought and walked off. Two other customers were also ignored by the attendant. This person obviously has very poor work ethics and doesn’t understand the meaning of customer service. I’ve been pleased with USA stations up until this incident but will patronize other major suppliers in the future.
Are used to be a huge fan this gas station. I’ve been by a handful of times over the last week or so and each time there’s a sign on the window saying temporarily closed. Blows my mind That they are shut down so much.
It's my first time here and never coming back Purchased the Hand wash for $17.99 bec. I want to protect my cars paint 3month old car but when i get home found alot of scratch in my hood so disappointed
Pretty shady. Owner husband and wife . even got bitcoin machine to use in there store. Watch for skimmers at pumps. USA gas needs to evaluate store fronts. For public SAFETY .until something done they lost a customer.
Graveyard employee did a store close/shift change without the next employee being there yet, so we were waiting and waiting for the next employee to open the register because the graveyard employee already closed his shift. That’s why you call it shift change because the next person is in already! Why would you do a shift change if the next employee isn’t there yet? Dumb!!!
