Everything was so easy and didn't take long at all.. And Tara receptionist was so sweet and knowledgeable! I was having a rough day and she actually made me smile! Will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a storage unit!
Tera was a big help moving my sister there from out of the city! She really knew about sizing and able to explain everything about the location. I don’t feel like she was just trying to sell a storage, she really cared about my sisters needs. Thank you Tera your customer service we will never forget!
I was unable to look at my unit when I rented it. And wasn't able to start moving things into my unit until later that night. So when I got to the facility I found my unit and there was a tag on the hasp. The tag said it had been inspected and that it was a 10×10 and I had rented a 10×12. So I contacted the after hours customer service team and they were very helpful in assuring me that it was indeed a 10×12 . So I felt comfortable ripping the tag off beginning to move my things into the Unit. And not just being a female there by myself but anyone by their self I felt very safe in the facility. Plenty of lighting and very clean!
Tara is the best. She is so helpful and friendly. Like talking with and old friend. Their facility is clean and easy accessible.
I recommend anyone who needs a storage space to use this facility. It is extremely clean, secure, temperature-controlled! I love the private access. The staff is extremely professional, has exceptional customer service, && always willing to help. Terra is amazing, she’s very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I left feeling very confident that my items were in safe hands. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
The staff very professional very courteous very understanding and I even had a project where my locket rusted out and went open and they found a way to help me cut get my lock off and didn't charge me a penny I enjoyed my experience good staff keep up the good work I value customer who's been at that location for 19 years thank you
Terra was freakin awesome and a true life saver for finding the needle in the haystack I needed during this small crunch time window.
