Student housing complex located on the USAO campus. Walk to anywhere on campus in minutes. Units have been recently remodeled. Pool area & clubhouse are well maintained. Wifi is problematic and ground floor apartments have bug problems. It's a glorified hotel but it could be worse I suppose.

Nicely decorated, laundry room, Starbucks, mail, and a place hangout. It's 4 stars bc even though they have card key access out side and for the laundry room it's still not 24/7 access when it could be.

They have a hot tub and shower and then I'll be home.
