Went there for a craft fair that they hold every year. It is ALWAYS nice because the vendors were well spaced out, and there were tons of them to do your holiday shopping. Parking was no problem either. Restrooms were always clean and well spaced around the hockey rink.
Huge place. The videos are lousy. The person can't stop zooming and jerking the camera left and right. First time here in two years. Enormous building. Wanted a vaccine card, mask and social distancing. People stood in front of the timer. I don't think anyone figured out timing screens can be set above head level. Final lap bell wasn't always rung. Glad this is my last time seeing this place.
The track and field areas are adequate for events, however, seating for spectators is limited. Plan to bring your own folding chair or a cushion for the bleacher seating. Tip: Use the larger, more modern bathrooms upstairs near the basketball courts rather than the very small and old bathrooms down by the track.
Good track. Bad restrictions. Overall it's a great place to race and I always look forward to running there.
Every fall, the women's soccer team sponsors a craft fair. The variety is stunning and can vary from year to year. My favorite part is the raffle run by the students. You can buy 25 tickets for $5.00 and put the ticket in a container by the prizes you like. Even better than that, are the students themselves, who are kind to each other and others,meaning you and me!
The fiekd was was a great venue for the craft fair. My only minor issue was the floor space covering over the jump pit. It was very soft and not steady to stand on, especially for older folks or those with balance issues.
Great place to be active indoors, during the winter or anytime. For $5,/ person, the following might be available, basketball court, indoors tennis courts, indoor track, indoor skating ring, work out place with cardio and weights. Also available a university library nearby, and various concerts and theatre.
I love my school so.. Looking for an indoor track.. This is the place..
Well kept, well organised and a great place for kids to compete. Great environment!
Really nice but bring your own chair to sit
