Moffitt is always a great experience, but I had a conference with a nurse, Nancy, yesterday, that was both helpful and encouraging. Nancy was attentive and went above and beyond to find not only an adequate solution, but one that might enhance my health. This prompted me to write a review, although I have been many times in the past few years with similar exceptional services. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, from the director, Dr. Melissa Roberts, on down. I have seen Dr. Roberts, Dr. Beisel, Stephen English and Kathy White, as well as other staff members at the clinic. I am always given expert medical care in an impressive setting. I am grateful for the foresight USM had in establishing this clinic for students and staff. I give these guys an A plus!
Great people that really care about the health of the students. They not only educate students during office visits. While taking care of the students medical needs. They do special events throughout the semester to spread awareness about different health issues. The staff truly are passionate and go over and beyond to help out others. Side note: The staff at Moffitt Health Center are completely accepting of LGBT studentsincluding transgender. As a transgender student on campus,they have been nothing but respectful of my transitioning and respecting of my pronouns. I know this sounds like it does not need to be pointed out. But in the state of Mississippi with the extremely high rate of medical discrimination. The Moffitt Health Center needs a huge shout out!!!!
I had been feeling unwell for a week, I went to the center today and was seen very quickly and prescribed the right medicine. Everyone is super nice and friendly and very knowledgeable! Thank you Moffitt
This is the health care service provider located in the University of Southern Mississippi campus. Doctors, nurses and all others stuffs are very helpful while providing the services.
The billing specialist is super nice and did a great job helping me
They have been really sweet and helpful every time I have needed to go here!
