Postal clerks have always been courteous to me and even when there's been a bit of a line, have processes through fairly quickly. Mailing supplies also available for purchase.
The employees gave great customer service, but the building needs updating.
This is the best post office in the area. The staff are very friendly and give good advice on how to get my packages and mail across within a reasonable time frame. They are always very accommodating. I appreciate the post masters here. Keep up the good job.
Had to change my review. The post office lost my brother's Christmas presents. Shipped a medium-sized box of gifts to Indiana. Got the box scanned out from this location on January 3rd. Found out today the 13th of January. That someone found the box in the back of a Dunedin post office truck. It was ripped open and items were stolen. My brother got the box finally after 10 days. How do I know they told us over the phone. Customer service help line. But the glassware were broken and some of it stolen. Box of course looked beat up. They hire temp people and they steal all the time. That's what they told my brother when he called about it. And They didn't add the extra insurance like I asked. Do not ship anything from here. I paid them $72 for priority ship. Expect it to be lost, damaged, and expect things missing.
A US postal emp. Helped me at the self check out. GREAT help she was very professional and nice. I was there at approx. around 3 pm Thurs. I was done in 5 mins. Thank you so much. She helped everyone. Very nice.
This morning I went to this post office to mail something. Never been to this post office before. I got there several minutes before 9AM, which is when they apparently open, because I was in a hurry. I stood in line with a growing number of others. By 9:03 the doors still hadn't been opened and there were 8 of us by this time. We could see two employees and they could see us, and we could hear many more in the back. I hate to give a POST OFFICE a poor review, especially because I am sure there are many hard working individuals in there but by 9:05 I left and drove 15 minutes to the Belcher Post Office, where I always get great service.
Horrible location. Went several times to pick up packaging material and completely nothing available even though they have a self-serve machine in house after hours. Stay away don’t waste your time all other post office is I visited always have plenty of flat rate boxes and envelopes available. Clearly employees are lazy.
Best Post Office ever. Professional, efficient, courteous and always so helpful. They really go the extra mile. One of my favorites is the gentleman who wears the Devo mask. Always happy and smiling. Very happy with this post office.
I wouldn't normally write a review for a post office, but the Dunedin Post Office really came through for me when I needed it most. I was very impressed at the willingness of it's front desk workers to help me send out an large item that I didn't already box. Being a tourist 1200 miles away from my hometown post office, the Dunedin P.O. helped me get my package back to Michigan. He took a lot of his time to look around the entire post office and when he found the only one that could fit my item, he packaged it himself for me. Very grateful that there are people willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The entire staff at this post office were friendly, caring and professional. If I ever need their help again, I will drive great distances to visit their post office.
This is the best Post Office I have EVER, and I'm 50 something been in. When I walk out I am saying WOW at what a pleasant experience it was! They have the nicest staff I have ever encountered period, not just Post Offices. I've been going there for about a year, and the last time I was there I walked in with a bag of baby clothes for my grandsons birthday, as I was looking at the box sizes a very sweet lady came from behind the counter, and grabbed a box, put in the clothes while commenting on how cute, taped up the box, gave me a label and her pen, and showed me how to use the kiosk so I wouldn't have to stand in line. They are always able to get you in and out quickly. And always great supplies.
