Caring and attentive staff keep the lines moving. New kiosk is handy. Our mail carrier, Robin, is awesome and always goes the extra mile! Thank you USPS Greeneville!
Either delivers to the wrong address or forgets your packages altogether, and then lies about sending them out the same day. Will update tracking with false information to cover themselves. No point in checking the mail before 5:30PM most days.
Had a very unprofessional experience here with the passport lady Kim. She was very rude while taking our sons picture and told us that we would not be going on our trip if our son didn't sit still. That is not the way you talk to customers. We will not be coming back here.
They lie about why they disnt drop off mail said my drive way was unassailable. I am home everyday have a great driveway. No cars where at home that day.
Beyond mad!!! Two days in a row and suppose to have mail coming and nothing shows up at all!!! Not even my package!! This is ridiculous. On top of that the mail carrier can’t even send it mail in the right mailboxes. For all I know someone has our dam mail.
Been going to this post office since 2017 there was never a line here before i do not prefer to go to this post office but unfortunately we must do it from time to time. When we started coming here there was never a wait and now every single time the parking lot is packed and there is a loong line. Welcome to the new greeneville hangout
Dropped off DirectTV equipment in a prepaid box and shipping label on the 14th of July. It’s the 23rd of July and the tracking number states it’s still sitting at the Greenville TN post office. I tried to call the post office during their open business hours and no one answers the phone. All you get is a recording of business hours, passport info, and a few other pieces of info ending with “ if you need to speak with an agent, please stay on the line and wait for the operator “. It rings for approximately 20 times then you get a busy signal. I’ve even attempted to submit a service request to find out what the problem is and the site hangs up on the information requested to forward my tracking request. There is no acceptable reason for this type of service.
Never have I ever felt like I, the customer, was a nuisance at this USPS like I felt today. Usually, the worker at the desk offers help and suggestions when shipping packages for their customers. For example, if I have misspelled something on a package, the brown hair woman who usually works would happily correct it for me. Or if I needed a pen, she would happily let me borrow one. And she would also double check to make sure the package is ready to be shipped or add tape to ensure everything stays together. She cares about her job and customers. But not today. Today was different. There was a different woman, tall blonde, assisting me. This woman wasn’t wearing the typical uniform. She seemed annoyed when I asked her to add extra tape. I wanted a different shipping method that wasn’t standard she didn’t even ask me how I wanted to ship it but she was going so fast to get me out of there that she stuck a label on the package without ensuring everything was fine with me. When I mention the shipment change and adding extra tape when I notice the package wasn’t as secured as I thought it was she said “you’re suppose to have this shipment ready when you come here”. Well, ma’am, where I am from the post office had much more accessories to purchase for shipment in case I was missing something they had free pens, tape, and cute labels and a printable machine for stamps; all nicely organized and visible to customers. But also, the worker there usually went out of her way to make sure the package was shipment ready without guilt tripping her customer. Sorry, I don’t work here or ship enough to know all the requirements for packages. That’s your job to help and explain things NICELY that I may not know.
This place obviously doesn't care about people and especially parents with kids. Came to take our 11 month Old's picture and of course it isn't easy to take a picture of a baby but there was multiple moments when our kid was still, looking at the camera and posing as per requirements but their camera from 100 years ago can't take quick pictures so Kim takes a very blurry picture of our son and is very rude to us. No patience with kids . It's upsetting how ALL USPS have the worst reviews everywhere and no one does anything about this !!
Do NOT go here for passport services if you have any other option. The lady who use to work here was very efficient and pleasant to work with. She’s gone now, and now it’s awful. Your appointment time slot is only a suggestion, and the front staff do not care at all how long you wait. Our 15 minute appointment slot came and went, and the only information we got from the lady working the front was “Sir, 15 minutes isn’t actually THAT long to wait.” Well, if you booked a 15 minute time slot ahead of time, and it comes and goes with zero information or compassion, it is actually a long time. We’re going to a different post office.
