Always a very helpful experience. One teller helped me find the right packaging for my parcel and clued me in on a coupla ways to save a buck sending packages. 10/10 would recommend.
tired of the mail showing up at 6:30pm in the dark on west haloid ,should be at normal day lite hours ok im going to keep complaining till it gets reasoved have more people helping this postal person,please
Not very helpful, they didnt want to give me my package before delivery in person. They asked the supervisor for guidance and were told to say oh well too bad go wait for it at home.. yuck
I went there to hold my mail for a month .. was a quick service .. I filled up form normally they hold mail for only 30 days but lady requested my mail hold for extra week as I will be return late. I really appreciate quick service and understanding of staff. I used this USPS for frequent times never have any issue of time delay or any other. Keep up good work

I had a post office box at this location for about 2 months. I always received my mail and packages on time. Rich helped me set up my postal box and he was very patient and helpful. The other postal employees I interacted with were always friendly and appeared to be in good moods despite the long lines of people they were tending to.
Has a self service kiosk which makes shipping very easy. You can always ship the least expensive way through the kiosk. They also have PO Box services and helpful front desk.
Why can't this post office handle passport applications? This service gets pawned off to the Inyokern office and they are often shorthanded. I got black Friday coupons delivered on Saturday. The only requirement to work there is having a brain stem only.
So far I have only used the front desk services but the ladies that work there are always very friendly. They offer a full spectrum of services here like passports and packaging. It’s got a unique interior as well compared to the usual drab post offices and is pretty clean. Parking lot is a little small and you can only access it from the main street but the size is understandable for the city it serves.
My normal mail lady Toni is great. Its the replacements that are the problem when she is off. Tracking # says package will be delivered on a certain day but isnt if toni isnt working. The temp person is LAZY and wont even deliver junk mail and always claims they couldnt find the box. Supervisors at the post office are no help either. But my normal carrier is awesome
