Haven't been to the ppost office in years. Walked in; place was clean, organized and Andre at the counter was pleasant and professional. I was in and out shipping packages in less than 5 minutes. Great job USPS and Andre.
Pretty fast, great service and kind employees!! I've been here a substantial amount of times and each and every time I'm always treated respectfully and they guide me the best in knowing what's the most convenient way to mail letters and packages
MAC Michael in the passport area was SO VERY helpful, patient and kind! Usually, I find postal workers surly and it's so obvious they wish they were ANYWHERE else EXCEPT helping customers. The energy in that office was much different, and Mac was a pleasure.
Highly rude and unprofessional! The nasty female who answered the phone there today has zero work ethics and I have filed a complaint against her. Constant misinformation provided for many months by a number of workers at this location. Absolute WORST Customer Service ever!!! And I see they have a lot of similar complaints and more.
The mail delivery folks have not been the greatest. We have called about drivers throwing packages and talking trash cursing about having to get out of the truck to deliver packages. And all the money spent on sidewalks and driveways, they always go through the grass. Hopefully the bug spray had soaked into the soil…
I was a bit nervous going in after reading some of the reviews. But thankfully everything went smoothly!! We went in to get 3 passports, 1 adult and 2 minors. Ms.Karen was super nice and patient. She was also able to help us through the process of getting a passport renewed. The staff were very friendly. It's was pretty empty and from what I saw they were getting everyone else takes care of pretty quickly.
Horrible service. Went to get passport after having appointment cancelled that was made weeks in advance. They made another appointment. Went with everything needed. Two other people went to other offices with the same paperwork. The surly guy doing my application at this office refused to accept the money orders I brought as per the instructions on State Dept. website. If you can get an appointment at a different office, do so.
Not satisfied with customer service I originally made an appointment 4 weeks out for passport services just to be told that my appointment was canceled the day of because they didn’t have personnel to cover for passports and was told to reschedule online and they’re booked for the next 4 weeks and was told I couldn’t been rescheduled any time sooner. Inconvenience to my work schedule and preparation for a cancelled appointment! As we all know if it was possible to write a review without giving one star would of been more realistic on the rating . Customer service POOR!!!
Worst post office they lost my kid Halloween costume and they did nothing to solve the issue. What makes me upset I physically went there to find out what was going on they didn’t have an answer. I was told to leave my information that they were going to call with an update they never did. Went back later in the afternoon that’s when someone told me my package was sent to a different post office. My child ended without a costume on Halloween.
Delivered package next door . Then I get a text from Walmart saying package was delivered at 10:22 . Get a delivery from UPS at 10:55 tell him that I never got the post office delivery . He then brings me the package from next door that post office person delivered next door instead of my house . "Good Idea would be to deliver packages to the right house number" . Thank You UPS because if I hadn't told him and he hadn't had a delivery next door I would not have bee able to cancel a redelivery from Walmart .
