On the USPS website I forwarded my mail between two dates and when I was supposed to begin receiving mail again, nothing for 2+ weeks. I went into this office to explain and ask where my mail is and the lady there just didn't seem to understand what I was asking. "the guy on the mail truck left". That is an answer to a different question. No idea where my mail is and they couldn't help. Completely useless. How about just get me my mail. Giant waste of time, no wonder this has 2.4 stars
I was at the post office yesterday to return a package to NJ. I had items in a box but not sealed. The reason was I wanted to see if it was more cost efficient to use a padded envelope. Postal worker said to get an envelope. So I gathered my items and I was walking away to get an envelope and he said Miss bring it back and we'll just use the box. He proceeds to tell me to tape the box. He tapes one corner then hands me the tape. Apparently, I was not doing it properly. He takes the tape then does it and says "I showed you how to do this and then says I'm not supposed to do this. I didn't expect him to tape it. He took that on himself. I was so uncomfortable at that point and couldn't wait to get out of there. I cannot believe this kind of behavior is allows. Very disappointed.
I cant tell you how many times my items will say they have been delivered and they havent. My address is very similar to another address and I have had to call this post office so many times to tell them I did not get my packages. Really aggravating. Mistakes happen, but this happens too often. :
I was driving down Wellwater today and witnessed the mail carrier in the mail truck hitting trash cans. She would hit them hard enough to send them flying in the middle of the street. At one point she was trying to hit one and almost hit the mail box. The trash people are always being blamed for leaving trash cans in the streets, not the cases I witnessed today! Is this how our government employees conduct themselves?
It is amazing that these folks have a job. I swear they would never get away with their behaviors if they worked for another company. Just adding a new piece of cardboard for a dropbox that has been messed up for almost a year should be your warning to cash out that pension and move on. We charge $1 more for shipping and are using UPS and Fedex. We cannot ethically use service that has this much disdain for business owners.
Always helpful and knowledgeable! They stay open until 5:30 pm which is nice.
Sent my package to the return address, a little less time being rude and a little more time paying attention may help. $13 to Vero Beach FL instead its in Oklahoma.
They send it unclear where. I entered the correct address but sent my letter to a completely different place. It's just terrible.
Carrier attempted delivery of a $2000 part I needed for a job. Signed, carrier did not come and check my box for the signed form the next day. On the third day I went to the post office to pick it up, turns out it was sent back. Supervisor took my number and told me that “ if I don’t call you then you will know it was sent back”. I suppose when you are an overpaid bureaucrat a few grand is no big deal. Great correspondence, they truly value their customers.
Stopped by this location this afternoon waited in line with my package and return slip and the clerk refused to give me a piece of tape which was on the right side of her batwing arm to attach it to the box told me tape was for purchase and got an attitude when I asked for the price & stated that I can re-join the line after a near 20 minutes wait already. This review is for the haggard, overweight blonde with the bad bangs and the Crayola Eye make up your miserable and pathetic get another job customer service is not for you
