This is AN AMAZING post office and the workers are very kind, dedicated, loyal and faithful. I’ve never had one problem here and they are very kind. The other day they noticed that I had delivered a lot of packages and gave me some free shipping envelopes to assist with our growing business. They truly care about the packages and the persons that they serve. Enjoy them.
Our regular mail person left over 2 years ago. Mail delivery is awful ever since. 2 years of mail after 6:30 pm some times 7pm! Awful service, do better!
I have been using this post office for the past 23 years and in that time I have never had a bad experience with the postal clerks. In this period I have sent mail/ packages and applied for my passport and only experienced professionalism and courteous service. As far as the negative reviews are concerned, the problem is most likely caused by a complete misunderstanding on how the postal system works, not with the workers themselves.
I went to this postal office to get my new passport ,because is near to my job. I had read the comments about the workers in this office, I was some concern, I arrived 10 min early and waited for my turn in line, a very kind woman checked my documents out and gave my papers to a very nice young man ,who filled out my form.....even the tall white hair muscle man was kind when he charged me the fees... so everyone was very kind and attended me quickly... I think we all have good days and bad days.
Had an appointment there and made it in the time slot but the clerk there claimed " the time slot is about to be over in 3 minutes" essentially claiming we were late and that he couldn't attend us even though we had all the paperwork ready to go all he had to do was probably wrap it up nice and mail it, but no he was rather rude and extremely lazy considering there was no other customer there and he could've easily helped out but decided to be inconsiderate, I've read all the reviews about this place and they have a common thread and that is that the taller white gentleman with the white hair and glasses is a problem there and after having this encounter with him I can definitely agree. USPS do something about this employee or face further backlash I doubt you'll care either way
The customer service does not deserve even one star at this place. The tall white male with white hair has a nasty attitude and Is always rushing me. If I ask a question he gets an attitude for no reason. I understand that work can be stressful mines is too ! Does not mean you have to be nasty !. Need new employees with better customer service.
Rudest and most unhelpful clerks in this office. When the government finally is tired of this losing service not one of them will find another job. Wish I could give them a zero star review. Its unfortunate because my regular mail carrier is awesome. Usually I deal with him but he was on vacation. So I got stuck having to go to the office. I'm a union worker and I've seen lazy....but this is beyond lazy.
Not sure why the bad reviews. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I have not had any bad experiences here. I ship most of my ebay packages during lunch and the move the line quickly. Funny to see how people giving bad reviews have given less than 5 reviews in their lifetime.
Horrible service even by post office standards. Unhelpful, apathetic, and rude. Should be zero stars.
I always found them helpful since I moved here. I did have a problem with my mail going to someone else's house when I first arrived. Bad neighbor kept my package, but I found out who it was. I spoke to a supervisor, asked him to track my package and I put an extra address sign because my house is hidden. Problem solved. FYI, if you lose a package, the post office has the ability to GPS the delivery.
