My Family recently moved here in Wilsonsille, OR. and My Business is also operating in the same city. I would like to thank Heidi Linda & Amy who did an awesome job for assisting me on my all Usps needs. From Shipping labels, Boxes, Money Orders & P.O Box application. Amazing Customer Service! USPS Wilsonville is one of the busiest Branch, they treat customers with utmost respect and does whatever is necessary to ensure their client’s satisfaction. It also demonstrates their commitment to our neighbors & their community partners Thank You & More Power to you all Wilsonville USPS
It took a month to get a passport appointment. My husband and I had to both take time off work because the appointment is for our daughter. We sat through an hour of traffic and were 20 minutes late because there were multiple accidents on the road. Yes, I accept that we missed our appointment. But did the employee have to be rude and demeaning about it? "That's just the way it is." Someone was clearly enjoying his power trip.
Awful, rude female postal clerk - salt and pepper hair. Rudest person I've ever met, talks about customers like they're not there, argues, and forbids taking photos of our own mail pieces.
I went for fingerprinting services during the hours listed in the phone tree, only to find out the system is down. Pick up your phone or at least update the machine so people don’t make a special trip.
I’ve been doing business with this post office for decades and have NEVER had a problem. Everyone that I have worked with there is very competent and friendly. They often have a no-nonsense attitude which makes sense considering what they have to deal with. These other reviews are silly and show how frustrating it must be for the workers that have to deal with them. Keep up the great work Wilsonville Post Office!
I brought an elderly relative here to apply for a passport. The staff were extremely helpful and generous with their time, going above and beyond. This is definitely the best place I've visited to apply for a passport in Oregon.
I came in with a box full of my wedding invitations to be mailed out. I knew they had to be considered a package because I wrapped them in a bow and they slightly protruded out. It was incredibly inconvenient for all parties. However, Missy greeted me with kindness and a willingness to help. Missy was so gracious and did not make me feel bad for having to go through this. Instead, she engaged in conversation with me about my wedding, commented on how pretty my envelopes were, and made me feel at ease. The care & attention to detail exceeded my expectations. She even washed her hands before touching the envelopes to keep them white. As a bride, I know these details are silly but it meant so much to me. I felt seen! Missy kept acknowledging the price and asking if I felt comfortable which is another moment of care that I greatly appreciated. The entire crew & office was happy, upbeat, problem solvers and made me feel less of an inconvenience. Many people say that planning your wedding is supposed to be the happiest time in your life. Unfortunately, there have been many unpleasant customer service moments while planning my wedding which has been a bummer. I didn't expect to feel seen, honored or excited about my wedding at the post office but I did! Thank you for taking this huge item on my to-do list off of my plate but also making it a beautiful moment for me that I can look back and smile on. I felt like Missy was an angel to me. Words can't express how much I appreciated her kindness, her willingness to jump in when they were understaffed, her thoughtful conversation and her happy disposition. Thank you, Missy!
I have never met a more unqualified group of people as is employed by this post office. They will return your mail and packages to sender with no reason at all, and there is no one who will even attempt to fix these situations. USPS should be ashamed to have their name on this building.
Missy PM and her team are an asset to every resident in Wilsonville. They go above and beyond and work hard for us. Let’s bump up this rating civilians! This current rating certainly doesn’t reflect their performance. Let’s get OUR post office as close to a 5 star ratings as we can. Also, you nerds who gave them a bad score need to have a little pride in your community and consider upping your rating. Semper fi!
My mail carrier put extra junk mail in my box for months. Then he stopped delivering altogether. I complained. Was treated like garbage. Things seemed okay for awhile. Then again mail stopped because my box was full. Or so they claimed. It wasn't. My only idea I could come up with was.....people stuff the junk mail where ever. And according the post Master Missy howard they hate that. And are doing everything to get people to stop. Thing is I have never done what they have accused me of. Is it even legal to halt someone's mail service for unsubstantiated and untrue actions?
