I went here this morning and Ms. Kim was very helpful. She had a nice spirit, smiled, customer friendly and kid friendly. I've been to this location before and I'm not sure if some of the other staff is still there but the two ladies in front was very polite. Ms Dedra was the one that checked me out and she was sweet as well. Thank you ladies!
Went to mail a prepaid package, and I ask for tape to secure box, noted it was a small big, it didn't need much. She told me because I didn't buy the postage, that they couldn't give me any tape .I would have to buy it! What happened to just helping people out , just a piece of tape? Never will go there again, she was very rude also! 09/08/23
Just have a question, someone sent a package purchased on Amazon, which was then deligated to the USPS for delivery. The sender recieved a text saying there was a problem with the delivery and they would try again before 8. I have a gate for security at the beginning of my road, believe this might have been the "problem" with delivery". So my question is: WHY DID THE LAZY, FEDERAL EMPLOYEE, NOT LEAVE A "COULDN'T DELIVER SLIP" IN/ON MY MAILBOX??????? Guess the package WILL NOT be delivered because of the security gate for my family's protection. AND won't be picked up because what? The FEDERAL EMPLOYEE is too lazy to leave a note??? But then does anyone wonder why the USPS has a sub-par rating?? Yeah and we as Americans should TRUST our FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, lazy *#$@%*&
We live in condos close to the post office and have had a good mail carrier but recently the neighbors and I noticed a mail carrier and the guy is constantly getting the mail in the wrong boxes. We don’t have apartment numbers. Just the unit number. Easy right?! For a few months my neighbor is giving me my mail from her box or she’s taking others their mail or I give someone their mail. Scary when you expect a piece of mail that’s information sensitive. Very frustrating.
This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I've been waiting on a package they have had listed as pending acceptance for 20 days. When I call there's no answer. When I go up there all they say is we are short staff and doing our best. It's pathetic! I mean, another issue there, I refused a package and they said it would be returned to sender. 2 days later they delivered it back to my house with the red writing the lady at the post office put on it. The customer service is super slow and lacking accuracy on every level. I've had nothing but horrible experiences with this location. I wish I had the option to change locations workout moving but unfortunately I can't control the ones who bring or well the ones who are supposed to bring my mail.
I got a notice in my email from the company, and a notice in my USPS page, that a clothing item had been delivered, to my mailbox. Upon getting the mail that day, no package in my box. Tried to call the number for this post office, only to get a recording walking me thru how to key in my tracking number, name, address, etc. After all that, voice said can’t help.. stay on line for a real person. Very aggravating and I want my package!
The worst staff. McDonalds replaced bad service with kiosks why can't the USPS do the same?
This post office used to be great. I’ve been going for about 30 years to check PO Box etc, but unfortunately the staff doesn’t seem to care anymore to do their job with any pride or efficiency maybe a few left that do Certified letters get lost and it’s no big deal to them. In the future I will use FedEx or UPS because sadly the US Postal service cannot be trusted to do the job.
Like alot of reviews on here, I have also had a package and a sample stolen by most likely the mail carrier. I usually check the mail as she drives past so it isn't someone else stealing them. An envelope torn open and empty was places in my mailbox as well as some earrings I purchased. I don't know how to push for an investigation but someone REALLY needs to be fires.
