Honestly worst postal service I have ever had. Mailbox delivery lady won't even deliver my mail for the past two months which has cause me to loose my food stamps and WIC for my baby that I am Currently 7 months pregnant with. She has gotten into multiple screaming matches with me that she won't reach one more inch to deliver my mail and "for me to figure it out." She flat out told me it was my problem not hers.. I have been to the post office now four times with promises of having a new mail person and nothings changed.
Unbelievable wait times. First time coming and had to wait 30-40 minutes in line only to be somewhat rudely told that I’m gonna have to wait in another line. In short this place needs help. I would expect this from maybe a food establishment but not from a governmental building…. it’s pretty abhorrent. Edit: I originally gave 1 star but honestly my postman always delivers my packages with care and attention.
Lehigh Acres post office, FL post master is an @zz hle. His employees are so great they deserve a better post master.
They was supposed to deliver my package in my mailbox. I went up there and told them so they start looking for a tracking number. Then she came back and said her supervisor said the key is in my box for the lock box she said he said it was already in there! I told her he’s lying. She told me he’s not lying he’s a supervisor! So I asked so I’m lying than? She say I didn’t say that! Well I checked my box before I left and nothing was in there!! When I got back home it was there! The supervisor lied for no reason! I payed $50 extra so the package can come early! A part to finish fixing my car. So I had to extend my car rental for two more days! More money because of their errors
Staff were rude, dishonest, and unwilling to help with simple mailing services. I would not recommend anyone come here and waste their time.
I don’t know why they have only 2 stars. I have been there many times and service is always great.
Great customer services here with your usual ppl working here. I don’t get why they would only get a 2 star. They deserve a 7 star if possible!!
A pink slip was left in my mailbox. I requested for it to be delivered again and left by my door in the porch. It was signed as requested . It was never re-delivered.I tried calling to speak to an agent, but was asking for tracking number which I didn’t have because the receipt was sent back in the mail and was picked up by the mail person. I am still waiting for my package.
Why this post office has a two-star rating is beyond me. Just moved to the area and I'm dealing with all the super-fun moving stuff, so, needless to say, I am a little frustrated and in need of some kindness. This post office in Lehigh Acres offered that kindness. They were busy, yet fast and efficient, and most importantly kind. Go here, even if it's a post office.
I had missing mail since Christmas. Kellen answers was extremely unprofessional, spoke over me the whole time, refused to give me a manager and put me on hold and stopped answering the phone.
