The one star is for the post driver of our road, she drives like a maniac on a road that it only big enough for one car each way, she throws packages down driveways and when asked nicely to not throw them she'll deny ever throwing it even though you just saw her do it and speed off. She can't put mail in the right mailbox, thankfully the neighbors that always end up with our mail are friends. And I'm pretty sure she or someone else is actually STEALING packages because we've had 3 packages now, that had MULTIPLE items, say they get delivered, it'll say they're sitting in the mailbox but they are absolutely NOWHERE to be found. And they have still never turned up. And up until a few months ago we never had an issue with the track numbers not being accurate
Hardly ever busy and the staff have been nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say at all.
I had a PO Box at AG for nearly 14 yrs. Girls were always super friendly and helpful. I always had a lot of packages and mail going in and out. I once sent a pkg to my kids in Chicago who had just moved. I inadvertently addressed it to the old address. Kim took the time and looked up to find out what happened. Eventually it got returned to me during Covid Great home town service. No longer have a box. Jesse is my carrier now. Great guy and great service.
Hey there my complaint is with the driver of the mail truck in my neighbor hood. We live on a single lane on a private road in Arroyo Grande. Every delivery service and other residents drive slow and are courteous to other vehicles and pedestrians on the road however she drives like a maniac for one thing , she's very very rude, I have watched her texting and talking on the phone while driving up our road at a high rate of speed. My neighbors have all witnessed it. She has broken my neighbors mailbox door off on 2 occasions that was witnessed by myself once and him the second time, and when he confronted her about it when it when he watched it she denied it and was very rude and cursed at him while speeding off. To make matters worse she told another neighbor that the neighbor whose mailbox she broke was saying that there kids drive crazy and that they are crazy. She DOES NOT need to be behind the wheel of any public work vehicle with that attitude and BAD DRIVING habits. We have had a lot of different people on the route out here through the years but none like this. I'm sure this won't make a difference but I'm sure the police getting involved from another neighbor will! I hope the issue gets solved quickly because this has been going on for a few months now and it needs to stop
The lady's working in this post office are very rude. The one told me they were to busy to do passports but there was only two other ppl in the whole post office. Then she told me to come back monday and when I did she started yelling at me telling me she never told me to come back and was just very rude. The worst experience with the post office yet. Maybe the post office should pay for these very rude lady's to take some customer service classes and or anger management. I shouldn't come into the place where I recieve my mail and get yelled at I mean come on I have a po box here and they are gonna act like this
Great Post Office. The people are super friendly and it's the best place in town to get your mail and see your neighbors.
I've never had a problem here. Not sure what problem the other poster was having. Always very helpful and nice. Much more convenient and less busy than the bigger Pismo Beach office.
This most certainly IS a post office. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. They also have a convenient drive thru mail box just outside that picks up twice a day. They also do passports.
THE ABSOLUTE best and friendly service of any post office in the world - the ladies who run the counter take care of arroyo grande residents - just great service
Charice idk if I’m spelling her name right was amazing and helpful. I had a confusing package request and she was very nice and helped me through figuring out what to do.
