My package was lost and marked as delivered. I had video proof on my ring camera of the package not being delivered on this date and time but was told that this evidence was not admissible. Overall upset due to the seller having to ship a new product for this companys inability to ship.
The one time they answer the phone they leave us on hold to gossip and hang up. We called back numerous times to receive no answer, even on other days. We are having an issue with not being able to receive mail into a new community. We get it’s not their fault but they should have the decency to answer the phone. It’s disrespectful.
I am sure the United States Postal Service can care less about Google Reviews. Yes we live in a country that has many beneficial helpful aspects for us. HOWEVER, the United States Postal Service is not one of them. This post office smells like moth balls and if you go to booth 5, you'll be waiting a long time. Just moved to Riverstone and the U.S. Postal Service will not deliver to the cluster boxes unless their are 50% of people living in the neighborhood. We are at 5% until more people move in. So we have to travel 17 miles into the city of Madera to get our mail. Didn't expect that unless we lived in the country. Since the the Riverstone community is growing you'd think the U.S. government would build another post office close to the growing community. Try to call our postal service good luck on anybody answering. You have to email them and then you don't know when they'll return your email. Bad planning, poor customer service.
My postal Carrier stole or lost my package and postal service didn’t do anything about it even though it’s a federal offense, No integrity can’t get a refund either.
I had a package and it said no acces to delivery adress? Their was literally access. Lazya$$ driver. Do better.
This post office literally does not deliver my packages and if they do, they’re ripped open and my items are stolen and I’m told there’s nothing that can be done. I’m told my items are out for delivery and then get marked as available for pickup instead of being delivered, when the rest of my mail is being delivered at the same time. Not sure if my items are being stolen or what’s going on, but use a different office if you want to receive your mail.
Don't pick up outgoing mail because they are too lazy to look and see if the flag is up for outgoing mail. I guess I will have to start taking my outgoing mail to the post office myself. I can get an attorney to straighten this out!!!!
I had a package I paid for faster shipping. They lied and said the driveway was not accessible. It is very accessible and has a big turn around. Ups or FedEx never seem to have an issue. They are lazy and liars
Not happy at all they lied and said that my dog was going to get them my dog was locked up in the house sitting by me and are mail box is on our gate I will be getting a hold of corporate
This post office have not been delivering my mail properly lately.... My UPS packages nor any of my packages that I've been ordering online. I've had to call and reorder my things. If this issue continues to happen I will call someone of higher authority or maybe a lawyer have them look into it. This is ludacris!
