if i can give them 0 starts i would , i was supposed to receive a very important package and no one knocked on my door so i can sign it . they do not do their job accordingly they are very unprofessional and they need to have better staff because this is ridiculous .
No sense of customer service whatsoever, they act likely they’re doing you a favor by doing their jobs. They insult customers and are generally very hostile. No accountability for late packages or any sense of pride in their work, either shut this location down or get some people who have an interest in doing the job.
This people are so inhuman. They lost my package and tracking shows the package never left this post office. It's been more than a month and nobody in this location is saying anything. They don't pick calls and are rude when you go there physically. This is an item I bought for $1600.00 and was shipping out to a friend in CA and for a month today it is nowhere to be found and tracking has never been updated after it was received here at the Lanham Seabrook USPS office. What a shame! Someone in this post office is keeping my package and they will have to give me. I will call all offices that can intervene and possibly the congressman trust me. I shall see the end of this.
This post office has the most rude mail carriers I have ever met! The mail carrier that does the route around here cussed my family members when confronted at the fact that he tried to pepper spray our dog when she was doing absolutely nothing to this man besides going up to him.
Never going back to this post office. Mercedes is rude and unprofessional. Refused to take my package because she said it didn’t follow the guidelines but I showed her on the official post office website she was wrong. She then raised her voice and told me go to another post office and that she was the supervisor. I asked one more time because I was so shocked at what was happening and she said no I refuse to ship your package. This level of unprofessionalism was my last straw for this place. It’s out of date compared to other post offices in the area which has self service machines and a wider variety of supplies in the post office. To finish my story I drove to another post office and shipped my package just fine no problem.
Multiple cases of packages getting delivered to the wrong address in the neighborhood and they take no accountability for their carriers wrong doing. If I'm spending money on something I expect to receive the item and if I don't receive is their responsibility to take care it not act as if it's the customers or sellers issue. No, you have carries not paying attention to what they are doing and no repercussions for their constant oversight.
I paid for a new lock and set of keys for my new home on 9/5. I was told to call the next morning to see when they could be installed. I called the next morning, no response. I called the next day and was told they couldn't help me because the guy who installs the locks is only there 830-930am. I called again on 9/10 and talked to the lock guy and he said it would be done that day. It wasn't. I called again 9/12 and the lock guy said it would be done that day. It wasn't. I called again on 9/13 and talked to the lock guy AGAIN and he said he would do it that day and that he would call me when it's done. I told him I work nights and that I sleep during the day, so please leave a message. He told me he'd leave a message. I checked my mailbox the next day and my key didn't work. I called AGAIN and was told that they had to put a different lock on it and that I had to come back and pick up ANOTHER set of keys. I asked why he never told me that, and he said "well I tried calling twice". I reminded him that we agreed that he would leave me a message because I sleep during the day and work nights. Not ONCE did he apologize. I went to go pick up another key and was told they needed to install ANOTHER lock! I paid for my lock and key on 9/5. It is now 9/16 and I STILL don't have access to my own mailbox. I do not understand how someone can be this bad at their job and not care AT ALL that someone isn't able to get into their own mailbox.
Worst Delivery Service Ever! The mail carrier always delivers the wrong mail, looses my packages, and they never hold anyone accountable. This is ridiculous. I have been complaining for over a year! I have countless packages that i track to my home that say"delivered" but are never there. I make sure someone is always home for packages and yet, still nothing gets delivered even though they "mark it" as delivered. I call customer service, email complaints, file an investigation with the post master, even call the local office and nothing. One day i even waiting at the post office for the delivery person to return because my package said it was delivered to my house but it was not... come to find out, it was on his truck all along! SMH.... This is unethical and not to mention illegal to steal mail.
Dropped off 3 packages into the drop boxes on February 14th, at around 4pm. They were each in a 4x8 purple bubble wrap casing.They STILL have not been accepted by this postal office. It has been TWO WEEKS. I have never seen such a ridiculous delay in my life. And the helpline is down because of covid. So I just lost $30+??? Because y'all can't scan/deliver packages?
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a package from an online boutique July 23rd, July 24th my package shipped and arrived at the Lanham, MD USPS on July 25th. I contacted the boutique and they contacted USPS on August 14th and 25th. USPS said that they are understaffed due to Covid-19 so they can’t get packages out. It is now September 3rd and I have yet to receive my package. This has nothing to do with the workers because they are doing all they can do. Whoever is in charge of hiring more workers and/or overseeing and ensuring packages get delivered needs to not only thank the current employees, but find more to help out if possible. And buyers, if there are other options than USPS when you are online shopping I recommend choosing the other options as it will hopefully help USPS catch up.
