Won't answer the phone and when they do you either get put on a hold for over 20 minutes or they are completely unhelpful and rude. Worst experience ever. Still don't know where my package is. Update: today 2 packages were left out in the open in the rain. There is an overhang by the door but they apparently feed used to leave it in the rain. ‍
One of the better post offices in the area, which isn't saying too much. At the retail counters the younger Kevin is knowledgeable and great at his job. The older Kevin told me I could ship my package significantly cheaper by splitting it into two smaller packages. I bought two packages and repacked them, then when I got to the counter they told me if would be more expensive for a slower service without tracking. So I went back and put them back into the original package and sent them off. Thank you younger Kevin for saving me money and helping me get faster transit and tracking. Older Kevin, you need to review how the post office works.
I just wanted to share how patient, kind, thoughtful and helpful my mail carrier on Sea Ridge Court in Aptos was today. I know how very busy and stressful it can be for you all and I want you to know how much I appreciate what you do. I had questions and he took the time to help me clarify what I needed and provided solutions for me. You know who you are and I hope you get kudos for your kindness. Thank you so much !!
Spoke with Victoria over the phone made me wait for a very long time on hold. Then was helpful for a very short period of time. The conversation was ended with her commenting that I should have called sooner and basically made it sound like I would just have to count my losses on the package that was either incorrectly delivered or lost and possibly stolen. I ended the conversation and I was very upset because it feels as though people who work at post office is are generally very disrespectful and have horrible attitude. Good job living up to that stereotype thanks for nothing.
I really like the people that work here, they are very very nice and helpful. This post office is the one I go to all the time because of the people and facility.
There’s a postal worker named Kevin, works around the afternoon. Super kind, super helpful, all around pleasant staff.
Not too busy. The staff is great at helping you track down lost packeges
