I am very displeased with the Postmaster and her supervisors. I starting asking almost 2 months ago to have my mailbox moved across the street where everyone else’s is. I have gone up there in person numerous times and Postmaster is NEVER there! She has NEVER returned my calls and shows no interest in resolving my problem. I have given a Hardship note from my Dr. And done everything I have been asked to do. I am currently in the process of taking further action! This is unacceptable!!!!!
I understand that a dog can be a threat to a mail carrier when outside. I have a small dog 20 lbs. with a high pitched bark. She has never charged or bitten anyone. Every day I have to listen to the carrier yelling “shut up” when the dog is INSIDE and the mail is delivered. Today the dog was with me outside and the mail carrier yelled at the dog and ME, and then threatened not to deliver my mail. I’m tired of the abuse. This person is the rudest carrier I’ve ever met. This community should be ashamed of the poor service this post office provides.
Mostly everyone who works here acts like a robot. Can't say hello or be friendly ever. They read the anything perishable, liquid, fragile or potentially hazardous such as lithium ion batteries script and circle the qr code on the receipt. Besides that they will not speak or ever want to help you. Very sad that all our tax money gets us this terrible service with lines out the door and miserable employees.
I’ve drop things inside the mailbox inside the building in the slot into the back room. Three weeks later still hasn’t arrived at a local destination, my local business on Tyler Boulevard they pick up from there gone for two weeks plus sometimes never get it, thought I learned a lesson desperate I forgot to mail it at home put one of the box July 21, at work it’s August 6 and still hasn’t been cashed by another local entity , unbelievable
Many thanks to Chantel at the Mentor Post office. She handled a situation that I had professionally and respectfully. Nolan was rude and offensive. He actually acted like a schoolyard bully and should be fired!
Any time I drop off a package here for my eBay business. It seems to get mysteriously lost and never shipped out. This has happened twice now. And I refuse to even go here anymore. If you're looking for a post office, it's best to drive to Willoughby.
The man that was taking care of me, was very rude to me and disrespectful, never had this issue anywhere I want, was able to go to the Willoughby post office, and they were so nice and able to take care of me and I’m very grateful for that. This post office needs to work on their workers and teach them respect towards people. Also, if your cameras don’t work for the passport photos, you need to contact the people that have appointments. Where are they scheduled a photo needed instead of us coming in and have to miss our appointment because you guys don’t have what you need.
For the last TWO YEARS I've struggled with my outgoing packages being picked up, even with submitted the proper request online. Carriers consistently ignore my outgoing packages - all on camera. I've complained in person & through the website & it's only getting worse. If I had an alternative economical way to ship to my customers, I would never use USPS. Pathetic.
Most rude and unwelcoming group of employees I have met to this day. Had a passport appointment scheduled for 11:15 arrived on time was instantly shunned by the woman working the counter for my mistaken package that was supposed to go to ups instead of the post office then she proceeded to get extremely rude and tell me I need to wait at the passport counter. Walked to passport counter and she then came out yelling there was no appointments today, I called spoke to a supervisor and I was in fact confirmed for an appointment today but will not be returning to the mentor post office for any services every again. Highly recommend the willoughby post office, and wish I would have read the several one star reviews for this location before scheduling.. save your time and frustrations and do not support mentor post office.
Had a passport appointment for my kids. It takes a lot to coordinate a weekend day to have both parents, kids, paperwork ready for these appointments. Got there. Rang the bell for 15 mins every 5 mins. No one came to the passport window. Then I finally went to the counter and the told me all passport appts were cancelled. No call or notification about it. Completely ridiculous.
