Packages are left on the front lawn , occasionally in the driveway, with other envelopes stuck under or between... in the weather... never on the covered front porch. Hesitant to post photos and video of the incidents, however.
I stopped in today to mail a package. Daniel helped me with my delivery options, he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Sure was a pleasant experience. Thank You!
waited all day for a package for it to just say "No Access to Delivery Location" I get packages pretty often to my house and yet it was unable to be delivered, instead of saying my package is out for delivery and will be here before 4:50pm just give me another delivery date.
One of the worst USPS service area. The staff never delivers the item on the correct address. They are so poorly managed, zero communication and highly unprofessional.
Every single time we get a package delivered to our apartment they ALWAYS leave it at someone else’s door, or say they can’t find our mailbox. There are numbers on our apartment and our mailbox, so I don’t understand why it’s so hard to deliver our packages to the right place. Every time I order something it’s a wild goose chase to find the apartment is was delivered to.
I hate ordering anything and seeing it is being shipped by USPS. They have no accountability whatsoever and cannot seem to figure out how addresses work. My packages are regularly delivered to the wrong address and no matter how many times I speak to someone about the issue, it never gets better.
Staff is very friendly at the Post Office and route carrier as well. I don't want to give a bad rating due to one Boo Boo. However, I put mail in my mailbox today before noon with flag up. Mail truck came up Township Road 185 unusually late today and drove right by without picking up my mail. I have to wonder about Saturday mail as well. We didn't receive any mail Saturday and it's extremely rare for us not to receive any mail. Carrier retired a year or so ago and mail times vary since her retirement it seems.
Had a yappy dog, she's rather large, 5o lbs or so. Come to find out a female mail carrier who is deathly afraid of dogs had our house flagged. No one informed us and mail was being withhealth. I have moved my mail box outside of my fence and my mail still gets withheld. No communication from them, too lazy to un flag my house. Makes documents late. 8 and skate baby, should be their matto.
Jan 3rd 2021, I ordered parts from Parts Geek online, and 2 of the 3 items came from a warehouse that still uses USPS to ship. the other was UPS well the UPS got here in three days NO PROBLEMS. The other 2 parts are not here yet it seems they went from NY and NJ to Columbus Ohio over night, But cant make it 60 miles to Bellefontaine since the 7th of Jan. This is now the 12th of Jan and still no parts from USPS.. THANK GOD FOR UPS and FEDEX.
This USPS branch certainly meets expectations. The staff is friendly when you interact with them. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. They handle bulk mailings well and are willing to explain how things need to be sorted. They are patient and gracious! Thanks USPS!
