Came to send off a box and was in and out quickly. This was a Thursday around noon. They have a convenient drive up mailbox.
It was my first time and the staff was extremely horrible they had such a disgusting attitude towards me.I wasn’t aware that I had to fill out an application when I arrived and the lady with the blonde hair didn’t even want to give me a pen I had to ask another gentleman for a pen!!! Completely unprofessional throughout my entire experience Maria was very rude she didn’t want to give me details about the process and had a nasty attitude when I asked for my birth certificate back like I stated before it was my first time I was unaware of the whole procedure. Definitely will never be coming back and will not recommend anyone to this postal office
The staff are always kind. The line can be long but so is the history of that being the case. I appreciate seeing that each customer is given complete personal attention and service. I feel comfortable knowing I will get the same. Quality work takes time. That said. The real concern here is the new lobby hours. All bad. Can we negotiate a little? Is there any discussion of opening it back up after-hours for PO Box access??? :
Maria was a great help during my passport appointment. She thoroughly explained the process as well as any questions I had. Maria was efficient and very kind to me.
I live out in rural Suisun so my Mail doesn’t get delivered exactly at my home. I often have to drive to the post office to pick up Mail. Today I arrived at 5 to find the door locked & no one would let me in. They were still assisting others inside. Called the number listed while still on the lobby & no one picked up. They saw my orange slip in hand. Service is always so terrible.
All passport appointments canceled for the protection of employees and customers would actually work much better if you wouldn't let all those people come into your business to tell them that and just answer your phone!!! 2.5 hrs of trying to call you to find out if the passport appointment is canceled and nobody answers so you have a ton of people in there just to tell them they have to reschedule. Great idea !
I am super grateful for employees Tiffany and David here at Suisun Post Office!! I explained to Tiffany that I paid for my package to be signed for. However, it says the package I sent was delivered and signed for, but my recipient sat at the door waiting received nothing. Tiffany immediately handled the situation and notified the Supervisor David. David immediately tracked the package and discovered the package was delivered to the wrong house. It's crazy to think the person signed for the package with not their name correct or the wrong address and not say WRONG HOUSE! I APPRECIATE THE QUICK ACTION TIFFANY AND DAVID TOOK TO investigate what happened and reach out to the other post office. This team was professional, friendly, and helpful when I was beginning to feel anxious. That feeling quickly dissipated because David took charge . Thank you Tiffany and David. You both are AWESOME!!!
This is the post office that’s supposed to deliver my mail. I have informed delivery and for three days no packages have been delivered because they have a new mail carrier that they won’t train to do the job. I call to speak to the supervisor Danielle and I can’t because nobody at that post office answers the phone, and if they do, they hang up on you. I wish I didn’t have to use the post office.
Had appointment at 10:30am today for family passports. Tiffany helped us throughout the process. Took just 25-30 minutes to finish paperwork for all 3 family members. Could not have asked for better experience. Thank you!
This has got to be the worst excuse for a postal service I have ever seen. A complete joke. NONE of the postal workers ever actually deliver packages to your home. They instead drive around in their little car too lazy to get out and hand out pink "Sorry we missed you slips" to your mailbox. No knocking, no walking the ten feet it will take to place any package or letter on the front step - Just a slip and the incredibly inconvenient business hours for you to pick it up Noon to 5pm Monday through Saturday -because screw anyone that has a job and these lazy a-holes can't be expected to work more than five hours. Want it redelivered? HA! We've tried that FIVE TIMES ! They were all returned to sender, even after scheduling a re-delivery the day after we received the slip. Plus they have already lost two of our packages despite the fact that tracking has them last known at their location. I periodically have to take time off work just to get a package that could easily fit into my mailbox no signature required and lose money because they refuse to do their jobs. The post office location is filled with incompetence - they also have little remorse for you and your missed packages missed birthday presents, medicine, work related items, time-sensitive materials - they don't care. Worst part is, they don't have to actually do their jobs or care about anything because they are a government job and bad customer reviews don't affect them I mean just look at how many one stars they have on Google and Yelp. Finally, don't waste your time trying to call them, they never pick up and their answering machine is always full. Just poor excuse for a postal service and poor excuse for workers.
